Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service, The system cheats and when you bring it to admins attention, with proof, they are dismissive, they will refuse to acknowledge the issue, and they won't reimburse or compensate in any way. ("An Example of Evidence"... I Supplied screen shot of a 50c win, to be multiplied by 3, I received 10c. This happens all the time, I captured it, supplied the relevant information and they still denied, it happened.)
This developer is dishonest, the game is rigged.
They will randomly deduct money, from your balance and claim it was won with Bonuses to, even after substantial deposits and playing with your own, real crypto.
I believe they are scamming everyone, who plays.
I haven't even mentioned the amount of Unplayable, Bonus spins you will receive, if you're Australian.
This is Just my opinion, from personal experience.

I don't need a reply to this review, as they refuse to admit liability, to everyone who has complained about a problem here anyway...

Just posted to raise awareness.

Beware!

Hello.
We understand your frustration, and thank you for sharing your experience.

We want to clarify right away: we do not “rig” or manipulate results. All games on our platform are certified slots and games from independent providers. We do not have the technical ability to change spin outcomes or “fabricate” payouts — results are generated on the provider’s side and recorded in the logs.

If you noticed a discrepancy (for example, with an x3 multiplier), in most cases it is related to the specific game’s rules: how winnings are displayed, rounding, calculation method, bonus feature conditions, or the currency/minimum bet step.

It’s important to us that everything is transparent and fair, and we are open to reviewing every individual case.

The worst casino I've ever encountered

The worst casino I've ever encountered. The only decent thing about them is their withdrawals. They do it quickly, but only if your turnover is under $2,000. If you start winning large sums, they immediately force you to go through verification. It would be great if this verification were fair, but unfortunately, it's not. You only get one try. If you don't write your name in capital letters and submit a verification request, they'll block your account and confiscate all your money, leaving you no way to get anything back. This is the worst of the worst; I strongly advise against visiting this place.

Hello!

We are very sorry that you have been left with a negative impression of our service. We never intend to create difficulties for players, especially when it comes to withdrawing winnings.

Identity verification is a standard and mandatory practice for all licensed gaming platforms. It is necessary not only for us but also for you: to protect the funds on your account, prevent fraud, and comply with the requirements of payment systems and regulators.

In your case, the verification was not successfully completed because the information and documents provided did not allow us to confirm the account in full accordance with the established rules. At the same time, the requirements for how the data should be filled in (including how the name is written and the match between the information in the account and in the documents) are the same for all players and are described in advance in the service’s terms of use.

I've tried a few similar sites

I've tried a few similar sites, but this one feels more balanced. The design is neat, everything runs smoothly, and the games don't lag or crash mid-round. I like how easy it is to navigate - nothing feels cluttered. Support actually answers in chat, which is rare. A couple of small bugs, but nothing serious so far.

Hello.

We have conducted a full investigation and have confidently established that you are using a duplicate account in violation of the site rules.

Key findings:
The second account was registered using a referral link posted or received from your primary account.
Both accounts matched personal and payment information, as well as technical metrics (unique device/browser parameters, network characteristics, duplicate IP sessions, and cookies).

This directly contradicts paragraphs 3.1–3.3 of the Rules:
3.1 — one user → one account;
3.2 — one account per household/IP/device (exceptions are permitted only after prior notice and approval);
3.3 — If you attempt to use multiple accounts, the accounts will be blocked, bets and withdrawals on duplicate accounts will be canceled, and bonuses and winnings will be confiscated.

Due to the confirmed violation:
Account(s) will be permanently blocked.
All bonuses and winnings, including the aforementioned $600, have been forfeited in accordance with Section 3.3.
Withdrawal requests for the duplicate account have been rejected.

We do not disclose the IP addresses you requested or other user data for privacy reasons.

Coins.Game blocked my account

I deposited and played fairly on Coins.Game, but after I won, my account was suddenly blocked. Support told me “verification failed” without giving any proof or details. My full balance of $312 (including my own deposit) was seized, and they refused to return it.

A legitimate casino should at least return deposits and explain clearly what rule was violated. Here, they gave no transparency and simply took the funds.

I want other players to be aware: Coins.Game looks professional on the surface, but once you win, they may block your account and keep your money. Unless this is resolved, I will be sharing my experience on all major review and complaint platforms so others don’t lose their money the same way.

Coins Game the worst online casino (abajo casino moneda)

It is the worst online casino. Never, ever play there, because if you win, they will block your gaming account, they don't pay you.

That happened to the player ID 1619890, on 08.20.25 she won 1,500,000 CLP, and they, under the false premise of having multiple accounts, blocked her, and they DID NOT PAY her the withdrawals.

I played on this casino for a year now

I played on this casino for a year now. So far i round it was One of the fairest I tried ever. Payments were quite quick and wins were balanced. But lately, something happened and I wanted to share.

I won big enough and when I wanted to make a withdrawal, they blocked my account « for verification » all they missed was a proof of résidence.
It went on for a few days and I passed the verification. But now im told a withdraw limit of 10k A MONTH is set.

When I ask any support members, I feel im talking to a bot.
Now I read reviews here and I fear the worst.

I feel they might as well close my account rather than pay me and that would suck because I won fair and square.

So there you have it. I had fun, even made some money, but beware high stakes cus you might get effed. Will keep the post up to date regarding what happens next. Stay safe!

Hello.

Thank you for your feedback and a year with us. Sorry for the inconvenience: the block was for the time of KYC after a big win; the limit of 10,000/month is related to providers/account level and risk policy - this is about the pace, not refusal.

I've been playing consistently on coins…

I've been playing consistently on coins game for over a year now... withdrawals are usually in my coinbase wallet within 30 minutes and you can withdraw multiple times a day which is awesome. There monthly bonuses and weekly bonuses are great if you deposit a good amount. They have a lot of opportunity to win off free promos and bonuses.. Just have to be consistent and play often enough. Verify you account prior to your first withdrawal to avoud the head ache of waiting for them to approve you.

As a long-time Coingames customer

As a long-time Coingames customer, I played regularly and basically never made any large winnings. Most withdrawals were under $150, and far fewer of the deposits I made were made. There are many bonuses and programs for free spins and cashbacks, but they are always lost. Last year, however, I was able to win $14,000 in one day playing various games. When I tried to withdraw half of the amount, I was logged out and my account blocked. After several days, I received a response saying that the games I had participated in had been rigged, and therefore my account was blocked and the winnings removed from my account. I've often suspected that Coingames was playing a scam, letting you win when you'd already lost a lot. The fact that I once managed to win a large sum and was not paid out despite excuses was very disappointing and convinced me that Coinsgame is dubious; they cheat and only allow winnings under certain circumstances.

Unfortunately, without account data we cannot understand which user we are talking about and check the situation. 100% CoinsGame scam

I opened an account on coinsGame a long time ago, generally I deposited and lost a lot, and on June 30, 2025 I deposited about $50 and played up to $2000, then I withdrew $130 and was able to withdraw. I won $1700 and made a withdrawal order, but they locked the withdrawal and asked me to send documents to verify my account and they promised to reopen the account for me to withdraw after 48 hours, but the result was that after 48 hours, COINSGAME said it would take 15 days to verify my ID documents. I was very upset and told them to resolve it immediately, and the worst thing happened, they deleted my account and said it was because I used multiple accounts. (100% of coinsgame are scammers, please take me as a lesson, don't lose money to Coinsgame scammers)

Stole over $10,000 from me

Stole over $10,000 from me, due to a problem with their system, of which I had video proof of and several different examples of the same exact issue occurring, and somehow they claimed that because they didn’t see it in their system, that it wasn’t a problem, even though I had several different video Examples of exactly the issue that caused the problem. scamming, thieving trash, garbage website of which was ok a long time ago but has become the worst out of all of them. Stay away.
Fake reviews if they say anything other than the truth. Place is an absolute scam. What is sad though, cause I’ve bet a lot of of these reviews were written when the place was actually somewhat decent. Six months ago, I will say the website was actually somewhat decent, but they’ve taken away every single little thing that made it fun or even remotely incentivized. Place is an absolute scam now. Obviously they’ve made big changes in the staffing or however, they run things, but they don’t have any of the things that actually made it good from before. It is simply now, an absolute scamming piece of shit garbage website. Stay away, go anywhere else but here because this is now probably the worst out of all of them. They will not let you win, I guarantee you.

In response to the Coins Game review response, they are liars and cheaters and thieves. I provided them multiple instances of so many different instances of the same exact issue occurring not only then but now, and I promise you, without a doubt, they will lie to you and lie on these forms and tell you all sorts of provide this evidence here and I have several times I’ve provided so much so many times, that I actually believed probably the 10th or 12th time that I provided it at some point it would have to get to someone that would be able to process it and actually watch the video to see the issue at hand but I promise you guys, they will only throw it in the trash. Maybe they do review it and maybe they do look at it, but I promise you they will not do anything to help you out if it’s something that you’ve lost a lot of money on if it’s something they’ve lost a lot of money on they might do something about it But that is the only occurrence in which they will ever do anything to help which is the only for themselves. They are thieves they are garbage human beings, their VIP are a bunch of manipulative, abusive pieces of shit, I promise you I am doing you a service by telling you to not put a dollar into this garbage shit hole scam. The owners and staff in VIP management team are the most discussing human beings on this earth and you do the world of justice by not giving them your money which will only be that and only that. If anyone is successful with making money here, Godspeed run away so that they can’t take it all back, which they absolutely will without a single hesitation. They’ve taken and ripped away every single VIP perk I’ve had because of something that they disagreed with me on so the entire amount of money I’ve waited which is well over $5 million, is completely worthless now because they decided they didn’t wanna provide me any bonuses even though they’ve made it well over $200,000 in profit off of me, in profit that means total deposited minus total withdrawn, even after that they decided to abuse me further by taking away every perk I had because I finally progressed through their rank system of which was dog shit to begin with, and just taking it all away because they felt like it. Absolute scumbags. How dare you respond to my review with some bullshit like you did just there. You will absolutely bear the consequences for your decision decisions. I promise you you will regret what you’ve done.

Stay Away – Scam Casino!

I’ve tried out a lot of crypto casinos, but coins.game is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The games are clearly manipulated — especially Plinko, where they hide the server hash so you can’t verify anything. That’s a huge red flag.

Most games just eat your balance without giving you even the slightest chance of winning. You go in, and it’s just dead spins over and over again. No RTP, no fair play, just pure robbery.

This site is a scam, plain and simple. It might look polished on the outside, but it’s built to drain your money with zero transparency. Avoid it at all costs.

Hello.
Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry that your experience with coins.game was disappointing.

We understand how important trust is in the online gaming industry. If you have encountered a technical issue with displaying the hash in the Plinko game, we would appreciate additional details and will definitely check.

The RTP of the games is determined by the providers, and we do not interfere with the gameplay. However, a "bad session" can happen, especially in games with high volatility. We always recommend playing responsibly and not taking short-term results as a pattern.

Every user is important to us. If you are ready to provide more information - for example, the session ID or the date of the game - we will be happy to conduct a detailed investigation and help sort it out.

We hope you will give us a chance to correct the impression.
