stay away from this scam casino i typed in a wrong address for a withdrawal and they supposedly sent it to a 6 digit xrp address. This site is a joke aviod at all cost. they wont crdit or refund me since they "sent it to the address i entered" there is no transaction ID even place is a joke.

Update took a while until I was able to contact someone who could somewhat help. This person didn’t seem to want to fix the root issue to this problem instead gave me a bonus for about the amount of my withdrawal so I say I did get my wd (somewhat)

This is an update on the response from coins.game.
My withdrawal that I requested was completed as an internal transaction. Meaning there was no wallet address hence still unable to provide me with a transaction ID to this day. Instead of Acknowledging the mistake and informing back end to deal with this issue so that it don’t happen again to someone else and possibly even rewarding me for this bug I found. I was dealt with like an incompetent fool. The only reason why I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 is because I did get my funds credited back to me in the form of a bonus code. But unfortunately coins.game claimed the validity of my review was baseless so I verified my review and since I’m back here again and wasted more of my time I and going to have to lower my rating for this site again back to 1 star.

They deny my withdrawal first, then suddenly block my account without notification. When I asked, they threw out a few rules and said I had violated them. When I asked for proof, they were speechless. Just spam those rules.

If you win and are actually in profit on their site, they'll deny your withdrawal, cite nebulous anti-consumer "bonus-abuse" paragraphs (which means for them, they aren't getting money out of you) and set all your balances to 0. This is scam. Gambling only makes sense, if you are allowed to win. They take your money everytime no problem. Their site is also very buggy and programmed likely by some deaf blind man. AVOID!

Highly disappointed with this site after being level 6 & the technical issues that came from an external source they want to claim now that it was notified that there policy for a minimum was changed during that time too, from 001 to .0005 btc my I have picture proof they were being misleading & didn't offer policy changes upfront as they did for the external issue.
