I pre-ordered a copy of the 30th edition of Renniks AUSTRALIAN COIN & BANKNOTE VALUES booklet early in 2020. According to postal records it was delivered in July, but I never received it. When I contacted Coins & Collectables about this, without hesitation they apologized and sent me another copy, which arrived on 14th August.
Well done Coins & Collectables!
