EDIT (20 dec 2023) - Its working now, first i had an issue redeeming the code itself which randomly worked on Google chrome browser 2 weeks ago. Then i had an issue logging into my own account as it kept giving me an error, that was fixed 2 weeks later after i cleared my cookies & cache on Google chrome and tried logging in again. In the end my card did end up working, but it was a BIG hassle (took almost a whole month to get it). Me personally i wouldn't purchase again, but i thought i would edit the review to let everyone know how this issue was resolved. Coinsbee were unable to support me in this matter at all. I had to open a case with BlackHawk (myprepaidcenter) by calling their VISA holders line and then escalating the issue over to a supervisor so just a warning beforehand that coinsbee will not support you whatsoever, which is terrible business.

I purchased a worldwide VISA prepaid card recently from CoinsBee.com and the card is from myprepaidcenter.com . I paid almost 500$ for a 450$ card and they sent a code via email for redemption. The code does NOT work and on the redemption website on myprepaidcenter it gives me some sort of error when I enter the code. I suspect Coinsbee is selling used/fake codes to customers as it has been a week since I purchased it with and I am still unable to redeem it, basically I did not get what i paid for.

They gave me a few steps to try such as using a different browser/machine, checking if my country is valid and I did ALL the steps Coinsbee provided, i live in a country that is valid for the card and it still has not worked. Then they asked me to contact myprepaidcenter.com directly which i went ahead and did, and i was provided with some steps, i followed the steps and still the issue was not resolved. Then I reached back out to coinsbee explaining the situation and coinsbee is not ready to take responsibility and is not trying to help me out in ANY way by getting in contact with myprepaidcenter.

All I requested coinsbee customer service to do is get in touch with the prepaid card company and try to help me with this case, as I already tried myself. Or else just refund me my money since i did not get what i paid for even after following ALL their terms and conditions and redemption instructions. I am hoping for a positive response as this is completely unacceptable, the card was supposed to be a gift for someone and this situation has completely ruined that.

DO NOT purchase these from coinsbee whatsoever as you're at a chance of getting an invalid code which does not work, if there is no support from CoinsBee after this review, i will update this review & take matters further with appropriate law agencies.

After they take your coins, they won't care if the gift cards they sent you can't be redeemed.

They'll pass the blame onto the unreliable gift card provider that they chose to partner with.

You paid coins to get gift cards? Here are the gift cards. If some of them can't be redeemed, Coinsbee doesn't give af - and of course there's no refund

Purchased a $7 prepaid giftcard to test out this site and it is invalid and support does not care to help me and repeatedly just insists I call the credit card provider (which do not help me at all and also tell me I got an invalid link). I got scammed out of $7 beware for anyone else buying larger amounts!!

Edit: I did not redeem anything the link they gave me came invalid.. Ridiculous

Do yourself a favor and never ever use their services - 100% scam.
They'd treat you like garbage if you needed their help and blame everyone else instead of accepting responsibility.
Especially avoid their debit cards - They're cooperating with the a bunch of scammers called My Prepaid Center / Blackhawk Network proving fake debit cards, and when contacting Coinsbee support team, they'd just send you a generic response asking you to deal with the card provider.
I only realized the scale of their fraud after purchasing the debit card.
Blackhawk Network has a rate of 1.4 starts on Trustpilot with 90% negative reviews rate. I should have done my research before sending money to those scammers. I lost $100 to those thieves - Make sure you don't fall into this trap.

Set up an account new to this bitcoin lurk.
So wanted to buy Google play things put it through and as I am new it went to page timer etc I like to look around first so isnt newbie userface dosnt forewarn you. Before proceeding etc I than backtrack to get bearings to also know what its asking of me. Gathered my thoughts went back to definitely get said items to find my account dosnt exist is this a lucky escape with my hard earned crypto I don't know. But definitely dosnt look good.
Also do note from what you agreed to what they than say it cost is two different amounts but hey agree

I have provided screen shots of email plus the actual transaction code and its definitely this company. Instead of trying to work customer they refuse outright. Speaks volumes about this company. In how they deal with customers when it goes wrong. By all accounts I am glad it went wrong.
There wasn't that difficult its a pity that wasn't your first reply. But definitely wont be emailing or going anywhere near.
