After the hack that happened because of them, I was robbed of more than 20,000 dollars, of course in various coins, so the question is what the figure will be at the end of the cycle. Now I'm sure it was their work, they never returned anything to us. They say they contacted all the people who were hacked, but they didn't contact me. I have tried several times to get in touch, but every time without success. The worst support ever.

Scam. Probably they bought the reviews on here. Do not log in anywhere if they ask you! You don’t have bitcoin from years ago!!!!

Wonderful application and one of the few apps you can relay on to manage complex and simple portfolios

this application is a must have and the team behind it are doing an excellent job

When dealing with support you need to be consistent and patient when the online bot chat doesn't respond your needs, and nobody of the team reviews your messages. I made an unnecessary big number of cases, reviews to atleast get some response. This shouldn't be the case. When dealing with any problem there atleast needs to be a response or presence from your side. After all my problem got solved.

Since my last review quite some has changed
The API sync with exchanges is not working properly. In fact especially for futures traders it is almost a useless tool as for most exchanges they do not support futures PNL via API sync

The support is also slow, despite they promise priority support for premium users in under 24 hours, the average response time is much higer - not even talking about the resolution time until your issue is solved (IF!!)

so if you are a trader and you want to track your portfolio you better look out for something different

Been using this app to track my portfolio since I started into crypto, of all the trackers out there this is absolutely the best. Got most features and supports most wallets & chains and of all of them when you uses a free membership in CoinStats you of course get more features.

On 4th of November after joining coinstats and linking my coinbase wallet, all my assets were gone.

I have been using Coinstats since 2021, I have the web app and the ios app. Both of which seem to work very well.

If you want to have all your crypto-finances nice and neatly arranged in one place with lots of API intergrations then CoinStats is the platform for you!

There is 1 place for improvement IMO

The rewards part of the app is severely lacking...I want to be able to use my points for some cool shit??

Wonderful project.

Lost all my Crypto when I used CoinStats. It was hacked in June 2024 - you can visit their website and see their blog “Security Incident Report: CoinStats July 12, 2024“. They sent an email to all affected users (1590) and said that they were investigating how the security breech occurred and that a refund of the crypto was possible. Never heard from them again. They don’t have decentralised wallets. Would definitely NOT recommend.
UPDATE: After seeing their response to this review I reached out again to their “support” email - two weeks later, utterly no response.

Great company which really cares about their users. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better app out there

Scammers! Be aware!
They call you, telling you you have a blocked account about to be canceled with around 2.5 to 3 BTC, on a site you never used and a fake login where they know the username and password for already. They urge you to re-acticate it for which you have to hand over your identity! Just don't!

Good experience using it over 3 years. customer service sorted me out on some rewards issues

I've been using the free version of CoinStats or a few months and I'm really impressed. Really easy to use, gives great visibility over all the tokens you have spread across different exchanges, wallets, defi, etc. Saves a lot of time manually inputting on spreadsheets.

They have good customer service too. Very helpful, good response times. Some of the token in a wallet weren't showing and Martha helped me troubleshoot to get it working properly.

The application is very useful to manage all the wallets. And in case of problems the support is very réactive and the issues are quickly solved.

100% scammers. If I had the choice, I wouldn’t give any stars this “company”. They are the most unprofessional, abusive, rude, obnoxious and more importantly, relentlessly on the borderline of harassment, on a daily basis!! I stupidly and naïvely got took for a ride during lockdown 2021 for some nonsense Digital currency investment. Since 2021 the phone calls have been relentless!! A previous reviewer had a reply from CoinStats, requesting they consider changing their score from one star….. The audacity!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE!!! Previous reviews are evident that these are fraudulent shameless horrible people! This should be shut down this is illegal
