Within 8 months of usage:
CoinStat decided to reduce the portfolio frequency update from anytime to on demand and under precise circumstances.
Since a few weeks it doesn't even update anymore portfolio changes.
If you use defi/aave the accounting of with defi or without is incomprehensible and do not match between web and mobile.
In general the definitions of the various of P&L variations are plain mind boggling and do not even match between web and mobile.
All these obvious feature not working seamlessly at all make this product a complete waste of money.

Scammy Behavior – Charged Without Consent After App Was Hacked
I haven’t used CoinStats since their platform was hacked — and now I’ve been charged for a full yearly subscription without any notice or consent. I can’t even log into my account to manage or cancel it.
I’ve emailed their support twice and have been completely ignored. No refund. No reply. No accountability.
This feels like they’re trying to quietly profit off inactive users, even after a major security breach. For a crypto portfolio app, this is shockingly unprofessional and unsafe.
If I don’t get a response immediately, I’ll be reporting this as an unauthorized charge to my bank and escalating it further. Extremely disappointed.

BEWARE - Scammers
They keep charging my card! It doesn't matter how many times you cancel - once they have your card details they will keep taking the money out.
Managed (after strenuous efforts) to get a refund last year. This year they're not answering my messages.
Have been in touch with my bank who are now taking action on my behalf.
I'm not unique - see other's reviews on here stating the same. Stay well away from these people.

It's a scam
I Made an Investment On This Platform back in 2023. That was Pepe coin and it was one of the coins that blew that yet. This Platform once has deposit, swap, withdraw etc features, now they removed everything. I went ahead to withdraw my money today after 2 years and their stupid bot is telling me it was a scam. Meanwhile I used this platform to make the investment and I even used it to teach my students back in 2023 and 2024. And I have proof of deposit on this platform and I used to make withdrawala too. 1 time I even withdrawn to my Binance account. Now they scammed me of 31 million pieces of Pepe which worth 700$ but now 380$ while typing .... The funny thing is, I can still see the money in my portfolio but I can't withdraw.... Please stay off and their customer service is just a bot. This is my account turbulent com. Refund me before I turn my YouTube channel into Coinstats Scam Campaign.... This is rubbish. And I was thinking I had an investment somewhere
