I don’t know if I’m being scammed or not I reached out to CoinStats to be helped with my recovery funds process and I was told to pay $116 for a express key code which I did and the I received another email for me to pay another &180 it says it’s because I of the delay in getting the express key code . But I was given 4 days to raise the money which I raised in 2 days

I reached out to customer support on February 12 regarding an issue with my subscription. While the response time was longer than expected, I understand that the team was handling a high volume of support requests and working on expanding their capacity.

Despite the delay, Mariam and the support team were very professional, patient, and transparent throughout the process. Once they responded on March 5, they promptly confirmed my refund and provided clear information on when it would reflect on my account.

I truly appreciate the assistance and the resolution. If response times improve in the future, I believe this would be a 5-star experience. Thanks again to the team for their support!

I have been using CoinStats for years and absolutely love it. I mainly enjoy its portfolio tracking features, as well as the iPhone widgets on my home screen that keep me updated. Recently, after an update, my widgets went offline. Customer service went above and beyond to help me; they guided me through the process of uninstalling the app and getting it back up and running. I had initially given up and decided to wait for a new update, but to my surprise, CoinStats reached out to ensure I was online and assisted me with the reinstallation. Well done!

CoinStats is the best app for tracking your investments. It can show you your results and track some investments.
It can track some pools even in Kamino, but it still can’t track your lending and borrowing.
But the best thing is the team because they are day by day improving the system.

I've just received a phone call from Counstats stating I have an account and it's frozen. I need to show activity to activate it by depositing £450 into "my" wallet. Does this sound legit?

Telling me that someone used my name to buy bitcoin and when they tried to withdraw the money they could not
So .Coinstats called me to reactivated the account so I could claim the money
His ref number is MXB02032 and I am supposed to go to the FCA and they will tell me he is for real.
Wow I have 250 thousand euros in a wallet
His bosses name is Jonathan Miller hope this helps
