I bought them a software that costs $ 49.99 (Bitcoin Adder Pro 7.0), the support replied that it had done an update on the site and I had to be reimbursed 1 week after my purchase I sent them a mailed with billing address plus the link to my wallet I still haven't received the refund I sent them 4 emails with the same email address telling them that I didn't receive it and my answer was more like a scam

I would like to tell you about my experience
-The Dark Bitcoin Miner Pro V7.0 program requests a payment before the first withdrawal that no one mentions.
-One makes the payment and the page is never updated, according to customer service they are portfolio problems and the only thing they do is to give one supposedly a "version" that has already loaded the payment but is exactly the same.
-The license codes are not "unique" as they mention.
-Complete more than 12 hours waiting for my refund but nobody says anything.

Difficulty in Withdrawal
I purchase the Coin Sender V2 Pro. The download and installation was very easy. But when I run the software it is requesting that I should pay withdrawal for first transaction before the coin will be sent to my wallet. I have tried my best to reach the customer care through email but no response to all my mail. The chat window in the website also have never pop up for three day now, to enable me to chat with agent on this issue. I am scared that when I pay this second amount of about 48USD after paying for the purchase of the software, the software will not send the coin, then I will end up being double scammed. Also the description on the software shows that no daily fee required.
Please if the coinstools agent is here kindly respond to this review. If this issue is sorted out the I can write a fresh review.
