Alway while adding money from account to coinswitch my payment stuck it takes a lot time I steel not refunded 10000 rs while writing the several mail they write wait we short your problem.
Panthetic situation.

A couple of times my transactions seemed to be taking several hours to complete. However after notifying support their response was in good time and their comments were reassuring.
The transactions were duly completed very shortly afterwards. A little explanation from them about the reasons for the slow transactions gave me confidence that all was well and I just needed to be patient.

It worked smooth for the first day and they got me there. Invested a decent amount of money and I'm getting login issues ever since. The PIN doesn't work and if you logout, the app won't generate a new OTP to attempt login again. The Support section in the app loads a blank page all the time (what a surprise), so had to Google for the support address and send them an email. All they've been telling me so far is that "they are working on it" but I still can't login. They're holding my money and there's no way to track it.

I'm taking my money back the first chance I get. If anyone managed to get their money back (in India), please advice what route to take. Thanks!

I have used this service to trade crypto from Trezor and would say use the floating rate or risk failure of Tx. Customer service are polite and helpful although wait time for responses aren't great. Mixed feelings

They offer a more cryptocurrencies to swap than most of their competitors and they have great support.

had a problem with accidentally sending ERC20 tokens to expired contract, funds were returned, it took couple days which is long time in v volatile market, but overal they provided good transaction support and can recommend them

Attention! Rip-off! Coinswitch steals your coins and stalls you!

I exchanged ETH for BTC and the transaction was not completed. I should then contact support. Although nowhere does it say anything about mandatory verification, I had to do a video ident and upload my documents. Support has been stalling me for 2 weeks now, as they are supposedly checking everything and it must be taking a long time. Complete nonsense! Every other provider does it within 24-48 hours. This is all pure tactics by Coinswitch to take my money! A disgrace! Don't use these services, they only steal your money and stall you! Absolute cheek!

I have already called in a lawyer!

i invest ₹ in one market and its buy price is 42₹ and selling price is 41₹ after 1 day its buy price increased to 51₹ but selling price does not increase so that market price is down very down now and not increasing so i lose my money.

I had an issue with a failed exchange, it took a few days to sort but it was fixed and a refund sent back to me. I was impressed that they communicated with me by email as we when through the process. Thank you for your diligence and making it right.

They are give very bad service they are responsible for responding emails. Only mobile number to access accounts. I loss my phone I want to change my mobile number but they are not responding it’s to bed service

The app is buggy. Access pin forgot not able tog in. Asking customer service, they just give you a bunch of FAQ s.

I exchanged lrc for ada and over 24 hours later it had not been deposited in my ada wallet. I opened a ticket and in less than 24 hours it got resolved.

Was trying to trade BTC for an altcoin when the transaction got hung up at the exchange.

Contacted Coinswitch support explained the problem. Took them a few weeks to respond but they did and confirmed that the transaction was "flagged" on the exchange and that they would get my coins returned.

Several days later they did and I was very pleased. It took some time but they did apologize for the delay. They stated they were pretty much inundated with requests during this BTC bullrun, which was understandable.

A hat-tip to the Coinswitch Team, Thanks for getting my BTC back to my wallet. I have made many successful trades on Coinswitch without a problem before this event.

Team CoinSwitch/CoinSwitchKuber, led by Ashish, is a truly professional team. I used their services 3 times for token conversions, like XRP to DOGE. It was smooth and fast. The most intriguing situation I had with the CoinSwitch is my accidental transaction of my XRPs to CoinSwitch wallet without a conversion order.
I wanted to move my XRPs from a Japan/Singapore-based exchange named Liquid to Huobi exchange. During this process, I accidentally selected the CoinSwitch Wallet address instead of my Houbi wallet XRP address. So the XRP tokens got deposited to the CoinSwitch XRP wallet. It took a while for me to realise my mistake. I thought I lost my hard-earned $$$$. Then I looked for the CoinSwitch XRP wallet transactions and was surprised to see their openness in displaying their company name together with the XRP wallet address. Good thing about cryptos is that all transaction details are honestly available in public ledgers. Most bad people doing illicit transactions dislike this openness and prefer "Swiss bank" secrecy and hide themselves using privacy laws. I see such secrecy mongers as enemies to humanity. Hence usually, most wallet addresses are anonymous with no contact details. Hence any wrong transaction leads to loss of money. This is a major problem in the crypto world. This is one route using which governments can come in to take control of cryptos. Anyone who likes the world to be a honest place will appreciate that openness.
I see this openness and honesty in CoinSwitch services. After my accidental transaction to CoinSwitch, without any order, I wrote to them about the mistakes that happened, and token deposited accidentally with request to refund back my XRPs.

It took a while for the CoinSwitch team to grasp what had happened as it is not a common case. I kept writing to team many times to explaining my case and make them understand what had happened. Initially, someone from the Coinswitch team didn’t understand my request ticket and responded with a bizarre standard template response and closed the ticket. This freaked me out and I frantically looked for top officials in CoinSwitch to whom I can explain my ticket and request for refund. I found CoinSwitch, CoinSwitchKuber, CoinSwitch's CEO Ashish twitter handles and started writing to them to reopen the ticket. Someone from the team felt my twitter handle was fake and spamming with unnecessary messages, Hence they even reported my Twitter handle to Twitter. Since my twitter account was legitimate, Twitter didnt suppress me.

I wrote again in Twitter, with all patience and hope. This time the CoinSwitch team realized the merit in my request and reopened the
closed ticket.

With all the transaction HASH details that I had provided to the CoinSwitch team found my refund request to be genuine and agreed to refund.

The whole process took over 28 days and finally the CoinSwitch team refunded my hard-earned XRPs.

I appreciate the entire team for their honesty and caring for human values. I will surely start using their exchange trading services.

I started a conversion from BTC to ADA 7 hours ago. I transferred the bitcoins to the coinswitch address but I still didn’t received my ADA. According to the website, they are “sending”. I’m afraid to loose my bitcoins and my Ada now.
Even if I sometime get my Ada, it’s easy for coinswitch to make money having hours and hours to choose the best moment to buy and deliver it to their clients.
Can I have my Ada or at least my bitcoins refunded?

*Update 30 hours after the transaction*

After 30 hours of the transaction and 20 hours after a ticket opened, I finally got my Ada transferred to my wallet.
