Great no probs at all

I did a few surveys, racked up enough points to cash out like $3, but I'm told since it's the first withdrawal, it's being "held". For something like 3 months, for some reason. It's past the date they gave me, I opened a support ticket about it, and haven't heard a single thing.

Edit: They finally got back to me just to claim that there's been "too many reversals" resulting in my account being banned. Dont know how what they're saying can be true, since nothing had been done about it until I made this review, but sure. STEER CLEAR

Cointiply is an excellent platform for earning cryptocurrency by completing simple tasks like PTC ads, surveys, and games. I've been using it for several months and find it very intuitive and easy to use. I really like the variety of options available and the daily rewards that help accumulate more coins. Payments have always been on time, which gives me a lot of trust. The minimum withdrawal is $3 USD, but if you let your earnings accumulate, starting at $3.50 USD, it will generate interest weekly. I definitely recommend it for beginners who want to get started in the world of cryptocurrencies!

honestly, i wish i could give no stars, cointiply is that bad!

to start; I have (had) been a member of the Cointiply site for 7 years, registering in 2018 or 2019, just after the site was created. It was also during the covid era so a lot of people were spending more time at home and online.

i started off by doing some surveys, which i quickly got fed up with, as they paid little and were quite repetitive and some would break half way in to a super long survey and there was little recourse to get any payment for what was already completed. So, i started doing the daily faucet, which back then, a user was allowed to do once every hour.

i did this, as a matter of habit, every single day. the faucet then disappeared and was replaced by the "spin the wheel" and "mystery box". So, i started doing these, daily.

as of March, 2026, i had $99.59US accrued in my account. i had set a personal goal of $100US to be accrued, before i withdrew my funds, after 7 years! (i had never initiated a withdrawal on my account),

so, roll on to a friday, i was doing my daily "spin the wheel". which at my level of 83, i was entitled to 5 free spins per day.

each spin would normally get you in the range of 5 to 100 coins, so i was used to seeing such 'wins'.

so, you can imagine my surprise, when on the second spin, i landed on the $500 cash prize! i had to look twice to make sure i wasn't making a mistake. nope, it said "you have won $500 cash". i took a screen shot of the win (i wish trust pilot allowed attachments!) just to keep for my records, and i saw that my balance had jumped from $99.59. to $599.59.

as it was late, i went to bed, and thought i would withdraw the amount that weekend, as this was now a sizeable amount.

next day - saturday, i went on there, to do my daily spins, and noticed that the amount in my balance was now $603, so, i figured it was the interest they paid on balances, kicking in.

i did my spin the wheel and didnt win anything substantial, 5 coins here and there etc.

so, later that day, i went in to look at how to withdraw and what do you suppose i was presented with....

thats right boys and girls, i was presented with a screen that said "your account has been suspended"

and underneath was a lengthy lines of what they described as 'possible reasons for suspension"

as others on here who have seen the same screen, the reasons were things like using bots, using vpns, using the site from high risk networks (presumably they mean public networks) etc etc.

they then present you with a "what can you do next". paragraph, in which they tell you, wholeheartedly (hoping you can sense they have their hand on their heart) that "they only suspend accounts as a last resort, to protect the cointiply platform"

you are then invited to log a ticket to plead your case, if you "truly believe you did not break the TOS"

in which case you can then go and log a ticket, but you must first set up an account with their freshdesk system, which is their helpdesk. for some reason this account is separate from your main cointiply account. i suspect the reason they do this is so they dont have to allow you access to the freshdesk account from your suspended account.

to me, at this stage, i could hear alarm bells ringing.

firstly, i know 100% i didnt break their TOS. i specifically dont do their surveys or play their other games or paid to click stuff, as i have had bad experiences with them in the past, and as other reviewers have said, cointiply do not vet these partners of theirs (ironic, considering they are willing to suspend you to 'protect their platform') so there would be no advantage to me, to use a vpn, to somehow circumvent location in order to benefit from their dodgy paid to click partners.

also, they have anti-bot features on their site, which requires you, as the user, to complete a captcha in order to log in, and whilst i never got the chance, i would imagine they make you do similar to initiate a withdrawal, so this minimizes the ability to have people use bots on their site. As mentioned above, i only ever did the 'spin the wheel' and 'mystery box' which were a set limited number each day (in my case, at level 83, i was given 5 spins each day of the wheel, and one mystery box)

so i logged a ticket and assured them that i didnt use any of their banned technologies, and that having being a member for 7 years, without any incidents whatsoever, that they should have given me at the very least, the benefit of the doubt!

to cut a long story short, they replied telling me i was now banned permanently, and my funds were forfeited.

they are nothing but scammers. this is their M.O.

please, please, avoid using the site, and being their next victim. it took me 7 years to realize!

note: their bot that replies, always has the same reply, "we only do it as a last resort etc" they never provide proof of their allegations, they just allege you're just a thief that they caught.

Like many others they banned me for trying to withdraw money. Should have checked here before signing up.

1 star, i am a completly new user from Europe made my first 30.000 points to withdraw $3 since then they blocked my account for "​Your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service. Please note this decision is final."

They do not care even if you make a ticket, no point in using this service

I did not violate any terms + i worked hours for these earnings as they just suspend your account and steal your earned money

My ticket was 675306, i may delete this review and post a good one if i get unbanned.

EDIT: they did not resolve anything but just ignore me

They deserve these 2 stars. They banned me for sharing internet with my friends and took all my earnings. How can you have referrals if you not at times, hotspoting them and helping them when they need help?

It's a decent site to earn some coins for potential crypto cash outs. They offer cool little perks like daily spins and mystery boxes and your daily spins increase as you gain higher levels.....but beware of the chat rooms. The mods are intentionally rude no matter what you ask or say. They ban many users for silly reasons. I suspect they want users to tell them off so they can permanently ban them, thus retaining any saved earnings. It's a dirty tactic. But it's the only thing that can explain the sheer toxicity coming from the mods. Anyways avoid saying anything in the chat rooms and you should be ok. Click the rain pool and leave.

This site used to be great. Yeah they still pay but since the last big update the site has really gone down hill- more bugs than an ant hill
