I am satisfied with CoinTracking. On the one hand, you have a clear overview of your trades and, on the other hand, you have detailed information. The tax report is clear. It can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file. CoinTracking is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. I recommend it.

I've been using Cointracking for years and find it good and easy tò use. However, there's a major problem: some sort of error that I can't resolve, and there is no customer service available to help. Basically, my dashboard shows that I have a negative amount of a Coin, and I don't know where it's missing, since I've checked all the calculations and they are correct, and in the "exchange balance" that coin doesn't appear to be missing from any Exchange. But this affect tax calculations...

Update: The customer service contacted me kindly and we resolved the issue. Thank you Cointracking

I recently had my entire CoinTracking account professionally prepared, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service.

The communication was very fast and efficient, and all of my issues were resolved without any problems. My data was processed quickly and reliably, which was especially important due to a tight deadline with the tax office. From a technical and professional standpoint, everything worked out smoothly.

The only small downside was the form and tone of some emails, which could have been a bit more polished and professional. However, this did not affect the quality of the actual work.

All in all, a very good and dependable service, especially if you need fast and competent support for complex crypto tax data. I would definitely use the service again.

The process, although taking quite some time, went smoothly with Cointracking keeping me informed all along with where they were with the service they were providing. Communication was good and expectations were realistic.

All necessary tasks like import, transparency and creating the final tax reports worked without any problem. the resulting reports are 100% what I expected to get.

I've been using cointracking for my crypto accounting for several years and it's been great. It took me a while to find them but I'm glad I did. It's feature-rich, responsive, and has integration with several exchanges and wallets. It's always nice to easily download a ready-to-go tax report at year-end. The support team is also quite responsible and knowledgeable.

The only downside is that I've seen some unexpected changes to the numbers (same report run a few months later gives different outputs). I suspect silent software changes/bug fixes may be the explanation. Also, I've seen random variance that no one can explain. It appears to be some software glitch possibly related to fx rates and time zone considerations. I always keep backups and screenshots of my work to stay grounded.

Nevertheless, overall, I recommend this product and trust that the team will continue to enhance and stabilize it.

I received a scam call using this platform. I asked me to make a deposit because the account is suspended.

Not sure if the platform is legit or not, but even it it is one of the problems comes from the fact that the scammers can create/change a bogus account with the target user details (name and email).

Great tool, using it for many of our clients to process their crypto assets. Many features with a ton of settings on how to calculate your taxes correctly. Fast loading pages even with 100k transactions.

We tested many tools on the market and are using a handful of them in our work but Cointracking is definitely the best one.
