Great services and usually fast transactions, very reliable.
I've been using this swap service since the time of Vertpig. By then the company was hacked and the funds were stolen. Since then many things have changed: there is no longer an exchange service, no Euro/GPB pairings with coins, and the company changed its name from Vertpig to CoinZark in order to broaden their cryptocurrency range. All of this without forgetting to repay its users. Today it is the day that they paid me my last coins making it a full refund to the users.
Keep it up with the great support and amazing swap service.

I used to use other swap services until I found coinzark. Fast, efficient, and always works. If you do run into a problem their support responds quickly. Great place to load up on vertcoin!

Vertcoin deposits used to require 600 confirmations, this is a minimum standard across all exchanges that list VTC and still is for other exchanges. This is due to the vulnerability of the network and not put in place by CoinZark directly.
This review goes back months, as in recent months we offered the ability to cancel VTC Swaps due to 600 confirmations and even more recently we have actually decreased confirmations to 8. We are the ONLY exchange where you can sell VTC for less than 600 confirmations.
Exchange rates are not fixed due to the high volatility of cryptocurrency trading, most swaps complete within 30 minutes and receive very close to the estimated rate.
