I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!!

When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info.

It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees!

That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers!

In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options!

When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too!

The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!

Best exchange out there. Only exchange you can send any crypto free of charge using zoomme feature. Amazing!

I made a deposit by debit on March 20 2022 and it said on the portal that I am not able to withdraw the funds or crypto until the 27th. Three days later that withdrawal date changed to may 11th. I would have never deposited with them had I known it would have taken more than 7 days. Support was no help when they finally responded saying that it could take up to 90 days. I advise against this company if you are planning on withdrawing before 90 days.

Horrible customer service. I need to explain simple concepts 7 times before they even understand what i am saying. Do these customer service morons even know what crypto currency is?

Plus i got my coinzoom card but i can not get cash out at the cash machine. I can only use it to buy stuff. For buying stuff it works everywhere credit cards are accepted.

The fact that when you make a deposit either a ACH or Credit Card it that deposit will be available within your account in 7 business days. It takes an additional 20 days for you to be able to send or withdraw the funds. This to me is like holding your funds hostage.

They are really making waves in the crypto community! The coinzoom earn is only a few months up and running but best way to earn passive income out there. The visa card is awesome with great rewards also. I haven't had any issues with the app and the customer service has been great. I love coinzoom!!!!!!

When you know the advantages of CoinZoom, you could build a future. if you don't then you just complain. I moved all my funds from Kraken, Binance, Coinbase to CoinZoom to take advantage of the Earn rewards, the Debit Card and trading when market flourishes. You have to spend, to make...

Have not had any issues. Zoom Token staking rewards are great. Try them out.

Too many fees and really weird platform. Crypto.com is much better. I tried to send to another wallet which is like pulling teeth. Only got about 50% of my BCH balance. Strange. Where the heck did my money go? Never had such a hard time with any other Crypto platform.

No matter what you do in life, keep off from this company. They are very crooked and shady. Customer service is poor. They will take your money and give every excuse they can conjure to hold onto it. I don't think there's any worse crypto app or website out there than this useless company. Maybe they should name it fraudzoom. They have over $65k of my money and have held unto it for the past 3 months with every excuse they can find.

Spent $500CAD and almost immediately realized that CoinZoom was a complete waste of that money (and time). Before even using anything (it took me just after 30 days to get around to start tinkering), I was conveniently informed that there are no refunds, whatsoever. Obviously they’re in it for a quick buck, not the long haul.

Terrible business. Cant withdraw money to bank. Instead have to pay them to withdraw to a debit card. Transfer sometime takes hours. They randomly changed staking requirements for a card with 0 notice. Promo dont pay and you have to contact support.

This app forces you to deposit 20 XRP just to use the XRP wallet. I deposited and withdrew XRP and noticed 20 XRP missing. I have been trying to get my Ripple back but the company seems to be stalling. They say the email address I’m using doesn’t have an account. I have sent numerous screenshots of CoinZoom support emails I have received to the same address. It’s only 20XRP! Doesn’t make sense. Plenty of other Apps out there you should go to. This one is questionable.
