False advertising and no communication

I bought a “5 kg” block of coir compost from this site, and when it arrived I thought it felt quite light, so I checked the weight and it weighed only 3.6 kg.

I needed to use it, so went ahead and rehydrated it per the instructions, and despite the advert saying it would make “at least 70 litres” of compost, it only half filled my 75 litre bucket. £15 for 35 litres of compost is outrageous.

I have tried to contact the company several times and received no reply, so I can only assume that they are deliberately mis-selling this and hoping that most people won’t notice.
