I've heard a lot of good things about Cokodive and have purchased from them twice now. Unfortunately, both times I've had items come damaged and both times I have had trouble getting an exchange or a refund. The first item I bought was a BTS album with a poster as a pre-order benefit. When I received the package, the poster was simply folded and thrown in the package. My issue with this is that the images they used on their website showed that the poster came in a protective tube. The poster didn't come in a tube and was bent and damaged all over. They offered me first a discount code (that is available to anyone and everyone who visits their site), and then they gave me a partial refund of $2 (despite my order being $20). The second item I purchased was an expensive set of magazines, one of which came severely damaged with a literal hole on the front cover (don't know how this would even occur). They said they would refund me, but could not offer me an exchange claiming a lack of stock. This was a limited edition item that I really wanted so I checked to see if it was still in stock. It was in stock, and when I emailed them about this they just repeated the same thing. In the end, I returned it for a refund (which I've yet to receive).

TLDR: Don't buy from cokodive. I bought items, both came damaged. Didn't offer full refund for one item, and said they couldn't exchange another because it wasn't in stock (despite the website saying it was). And they are way more expensive than most other stores.

I recently purchased 2 ateez albums from cokodive on the 16th of November and all though the packing has been delayed, they have been excellent at responding to emails and keeping me updated on the matter. Sometimes just need a bit of patience for shipping especially during covid and holiday times .

So, I never really wanted to order from cokodive because the prices are way more expensive compared to other shops but nevertheless I ordered some items from them. They sometimes have items that I can't buy anywhere else or easily without any help so they're good for that! Anyways, it's not smart to order in bulk because the supposedly "free" shipping costs are added to the item prices, so if you buy in bulk you're wasting so much money.
It's nice that they give vouchers though. Unfortunately, they are REALLY slow with shipping.
All in all, cokodive is a nice choice when you want to order specific items but overall it's too expensive for me and I'd rather buy somewhere else if I have the choice.

ordered a TXT lightstick on black friday and got discounts, got emailed randomly a few days after saying that they had to refund me because of no stock left… but they are still up for sale on the website but for full price now. also didn’t get my refund.. COKODIVE ARE SCAMMERS. DONT BUY FROM HERE !!!

I ordered a lightstick being all happy it's stocked, because official Weverse shop will probably never restock at this point. It was the BlackFriday event, so I got 50% off my full price. Couldn't be happier. After 4 days of waiting for some new email about it getting shipped or preparing to ship, I got an email saying they cancel my order and will refund because they don't have any products on stock and Weverse doesn't have any, too. Was it sold out when I placed my order? 100% sure of that. Is it still in stock on the shop? Yes. Can you still place an order? Yes. Even when it says stock, it's not. So please don't get fooled like me. It was supposed to be the best gift of all Christmas. :)
PS: The 1 star is for the customer service that was helpful and kind before cancelling my order.

I love this store and so far everything has been good. The first thing I bought from here was the ateez fever part 3 album with the pre order benefits and i received it on time. Also order the limited edition for Christmas evel by stray kids along with wayv seasons grteetings. BEST STORE TO BUY FROM IF UR FROM THE UK.

The Cokodive team are very helpful in any situation where I need to contact them. They always try their best to have orders shipped out as soon as possible and do a great job of packaging their items and keeping them safe. Overall they are a very wonderful company and I see myself continuing to buy for them for a while.

My experience buying from cokodive was great! I was a little skeptical but my friend recommended the site and I decided it was worth a try. I placed an order and my item arrived within the estimated shipping time, nicely packaged and perfectly intact. I will definitely be purchasing again from this site in the future.

Every time a pleasure. I highly recommended cokodive. They ship the items very carefully and safely. Each time the merch arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied and happy with the service.

Shop at your own risk! They tend to oversell a lot of and will cancel your order at any given moment! Their prices are not worth it! Honestly, they don't care about the consumer! They have the worst customer service as well. They send products in cheap boxes and they're easily damaged. Stay away from Cokodive!

Have had many parcels from cokodive never had any problems. If a problem did occur customer service has always been spot on with prompt replies.

i ordered two bts albums and everything was going great until i received an email from fedex saying that the package will arrive today and guess what? it never did and on top of that, when i checked the tracking number my packages was signed as delivered and signed by ''c.coco'' which is obv cokodive in this situation.
i contacted fedex korea and they told me the the packages was sent BACK to cokodive by their request.
i emailed cokodive like 10 times already and at first i got responses but now ive been getting ignored and i even wrote them on instagram and facebook. they keep updating their storys but dont check my messages.
i am loosing hope at this point, because i dont think ill get my albums or a refund. im thinking of filing a chargeback.
will never ever order from here again and i am so dissapointed, because this was my go to shop to order from until this experience.
please be careful and read reviews from other experiences (not only the good ones)
