I ordered some seeds from this company. I followed the instructions exactly and even used a greenhouse and none of the seeds sprouted. I asked for a refund of my $22 but they only offered $4. Don't buy from this company--they don't stand behind their products.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
First, the shipping took far longer than expected. I placed my order on June 1 for Father’s Day, but it didn’t arrive until July, making it far too late for the occasion.
When the package finally arrived, the packaging was extremely poor quality. It was made of thin plastic, and the socket had fallen out during shipping because the package wasn’t properly secured. As a result, I never received the complete product I paid for.
To make matters worse, customer service initially offered only $3 in compensation for an item that cost around $40, and later increased it to $7, which is still not a fair resolution. They also do not provide a customer service phone number, so the only way to contact them is by email, and each response takes 24–48 hours, making the process frustratingly slow.

The car phone holders don't work in my car--2010 Nissan Cube. I had hoped that I could make it work even with the dip in the front, but I couldn't. I will have to return both of them which is a bummer.
