Over the past 11 years I have purchased bed mattresses and bases for myself, as well as my holiday rental & long term rental tenats. I have always found the service at the Tias shop as well as the delivery service excellent.
This is why I keep going back & this company is my go to company for beds.
I have recently been back to the Tias shop as I need a bed for visiting family & friends. Rosa, as always was a real delight & pleasure to deal with. Obviously, after so many purchases I feel that we know each other quite well now, and it's like visiting a friend.
There is always a relaxed atmosphere, yet still very professional & Rosa is very helpful with nothing being too much trouble for her. I am terrible at making decisions, but Rosa is extremely patient with me and knowledgeable without being pushy.
After so many purchases, of course I highly recommend this company; firstly for the five star service and then choice/prices & regular great offers!
The personnel who represent this company are a real asset & always put clientes first. This itself is extremely refreshing in a world where often this is lacking. If you need a new bed, this is the company to visit! Thank you Rosa!
