Just got a mystery box’s tee and I’m really impressed good quality and you couldn’t even tell there was a default , and you canny go wrong with a £5 and also very fast shipping

Great products and one free product has a slight printing error so they sent out a free one to me and let keep everything g free of charge great people.

first time i ordered the top and it came with an issue, got in touch with them and they sent me another and a free tee alongside it to make up for it, excellent customer service and overall just a very nice team with good communication, would definitely recommend

After finding out the item I ordered for a friends birthday was going to be late by weeks due to staff illness, I emailed and tried to find out any info about my package in which they gave me 20% refund back, sped up the package and even sent me out another free tshirt for myself. I initially placed an order with ColdPrints on August 16th 2025 which should have initially shipped in five to ten business days: some days after first e-mailing ColdPrints about my order as it had not been shipped yet, I was e-mailed by the owner who sincerely apologised for the delay and frankly singled-out the reasons for the shipping taking longer than it was expected to. ColdPrints went as far as issuing a partial refund for the order covering the entirety of shipping costs to make up for the delay, which was much appreciated.

I don’t know if that e-mail account is managed by the owner himself or the customer service team, but nonetheless their handling of the issue showed great care and a sincere interest for customer satisfaction.

Shipment delays are normal - these days all the more so - and customers are generally pretty understanding when their shipments faces a delay, so it would be great if ColdPrints considered sending customers an automatic e-mail whenever their order is facing/is expected to face a delay, otherwise, they can only be left wondering and their only recourse will be an angry e-mail to the customer service… This can and shall be avoided!

Very positive experience and I’m definitely looking forward to buying from ColdPrints again.

Those guys are great!! They are really helpful, and do everything to make sure your order arrives in time. Plus the tshirts are great, the material is great, really comfortable. I will definitely order again!

Placed order on 18th of July. Since 2nd of August my t-shirt is in UPS office in UK ?!!?! Why?
I have sent several emails and every time they told me that it will be sent!

I placed a last minute order for a Drake T-Shirt, I messaged cold prints to explain the time scale and when I needed it for. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the x2 T-shirts I ordered. The t shirts were amazing quality and fitted very well. Highly recommend!

Perfect product. Love the design, and good quality! I like to wear my t-shirts a bit oversize, and I took size M for a girl (1m65), and that's perfect!

Product quality is unbelievable and despite there being there a delay with the shipping they stayed in touch and kept me updated, would highly recommend.

Really happy about my order! I bought 3 t-shirts and even though the shipping took quite a bit coldprints customer care helped me in anyway possible to track my order. Just keep in mind that if you want your order in a fee days choose express shipping otherwise it can take a few weeks.

Incredible quality and amazing customer service, still regularly wear tees I bought 3 years ago and the team are always happy to help👏👏
