Excellent service, delivered within a few days of ordering

Arrived quickly. Great quality and came with peppercorns and salt! Good looking and work well.

Having purchased a Cole & Mason salt and pepper mill (with stand) a few years' ago, I decided to re-order exactly the same set again. Discarded in cupboards we have an array of non functioning, non adjustable grinders, either purchased or given to us as presents, including some well known and expensive brands.
Cole & Mason products do exactly what they say they do, which is essential for a mealtime accessory used several times a day that you just want to be stylish, simple and able to use and it works. We now also have a funnel for refilling the bases, and that is also of the same quality and speeds the whole fiddly process up!
If you are looking for something well designed, made of quality materials, that actually works long term, you'll be sure of getting that from Cole & Mason

Very bad service would not deal again

Our salt and pepper cellars wore out after 6 years but Cole & Mason honoured their guarantee and replaced them free of charge. Excellent company.

I find Cole & Mason salt and pepper mills to be the longest lasting mills on the market. I am always very happy with their products.
On this occasion I ordered a salt mill instead of a pepper on - my mistake. C&M provided a freepost return and sent the replacement pepper mill at no cost. This is a great service - as good as amazon but without the big annual fee. What a great company.

Cannot fault them. I bought a salt and pepper set 4 years ago and the salt grinder has stopped working. I dropped them an email as I remembered there was a lifetime guarantee on that product and after asking a few questions and an image they sent me out next day a brand new set. Can't argue with customer care

I have had Cole & Mason salt and pepper grinders all my life and I`m quite old now. I have 3 sets. One of the salt mills packed up recently: the plastic supporting brace for the central pillar snapped. I sent a photo in an email to C&M seeking advice. By return they requested more details and a couple more photos, which I sent, and within 48 hours a replacement arrived, no charge.
Brilliant customer service, brilliant comms, and, of course, brilliant salt and pepper mills!
Why can`t everyone be like this?

A friend initiated contact for me, having noted my salt mill was more of a salt chute! Thereafter the customer service team have acted very straightforwardly and swiftly... I'm awaiting a replacement salt mill even after 25+ years. Fantastic!
