Beautiful quality salt and pepper grinders, better than the photos. Quick delivery, robust packaging, would recommend.

Ordering was simple to do
Delivery was quicker than expected so that was good
The funnel to fill the mills was missing from initial delivery but a quick email rectified this was was sent separately a couple of days later
Yet to use but they look and feel great

I claimed against the lifetime guarantee for a Cole & Mason product. My claim was handled effectively and reasonable additional supporting information was requested. When the spare parts could not be sourced, I was offered a new product as an alternative. Nice to deal with a company that does what it says it will do. Thank you.

I ordered the Granite Worktop saver and twice it was delivered damaged due to not being correctly protected and packaged for transit? Simply wrapped loosely in cardboard netting and placed in a box which the item is too heavy for? Very Poor but not a refelection on Cole & Mason's products, the issue definietly lies with distributors DKB Household

Cole & Mason UK website was well laid out and helpful in making my choice. The ordering process was simple to follow. The salt and pepper set together with a base are beautiful as well as solid and strong. The set was securely packaged and delivered promptly. Highly recommended.

Pepper mill mechanism rusted. Sent email to customer service two weeks ago. No response. Tried to phone - it’s always engaged. Frustrated would not buy again

Have had this pepper mill before and it is great quality.
For some reason the bottom came away from the top.
Probably old age.
But would recommend.

Good product if a little expensive. Delivery took longer than expected.

Confused the billing address with the delivery address.. which is an error in itself, but then compounded this by not responding from their customer service email address when this issue was raised to them. Nearly 2 weeks on and still nothing heard from them… appalling.
