The only problem with their fabrics is making a choice - they are simply beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and it's in such a wonder little enclave of interiors shops. Lovely
What an efficient and friendly service from Colefax and Fowler. I telephoned them to order some fabric last week and it was delivered the next day! Thank you Tilly for your courtesy and very prompt action. I'm seriously impressed.
I ordered 1.5 metres of material through one of their suppliers as ordering direct is not possible. The cost was £94 per metre, so not cheap. For unexplained reasons, Colefax sent only 1.0 metres to the supplier. They admitted their mistake to the supplier and sent a replacement. This was only 1.45 metres instead of 1.5 metres. This was just enough for what I needed, but less than what was order and paid for. The supplier has refunded me the difference. Colefax have not provided any reason as to why the material they sent was short.
