Exceeded expectations! Excited to shop again.

Great trainers, I love them some much I bought them in cream and black. They look amazing and super comfy too.

Wish you could offer free returns and delivery as I spent quite a lot on postage as I was 2 sizes smaller than with other trainers so it took me a few goes to get the right size.

Delivered quickly on time. The size is perfect and there are so comfy and stylish.

Somehow the address generator on the website auto filled the wrong postcode and my order was delivered to an incorrect address. I have therefore not received my package. It appears I am going to be out of pocket for close to £80.

Unhappy with paying nearly £80 for boots for work only to find out 1 boot has a shine and the other is matt tried to polish but no joy 80 quid down the drain

I love my new cole haan shoes. This is my second pair and as always it did not disappoint. So worth it to invest on comfy shoes!!!

The delivery time is excellent, however if your shoes don’t fit, you’re £11 down having to return them.

I bought some shoes from the Cole Haan Store for my husband as a surprise. They arrived very fast with dpd and looked simply perfect for summer. My husband loves them. He has only worn them a few times but quality seems to be good so far. Very good shopping experience. The only thing is, they only have a very limited range at my husband’s size (43/44) for the style he was interested in. So it was fortunate I could find the right colour with the right size. If they had more at this size I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Brilliant shoes and really comfortable , I've had issues over the years stomping around london in the same loafers and other business formal shoes, it got to the point the soles of my feet would be in a lot of pain at the end of the day.

Started searching for shoes with comfortable trainer like cushioning, all I could find were awful unfashionable shoes. Stumbled across Cole Haan and WOW, brilliant shoes, they look good and they are so comfortable, I could probably use these for a gym workout if I wanted too, in fact I've ordered another two pairs in different styles for more casual use.

Easy ordering process and shoes arrived when expected

I was on the market for a smarter pair of shoes to wear with a suit. Trouble is I have always suffered from a bad back (tall chap) so needed something with more cushioning...these shoes hit the mark in a good way. Light, padded yet look like normal brouges. Super pleased (and they were delivered the next day as well). Highly recommend

Ordered UK size 9 ,Cole Haan not a true size , I’m a 9 in all shoes/trainers but these were a size too big , unfortunately Cole Haan don’t do exchange so I’ve had to return for a refund, other than the size the Grandpro topspin were perfect I would have re ordered in size 8 but they wouldn’t have arrived before my holiday
