Really great service. Syede was instrumental in making the sale go through, couldn't have done it without him. I will certainly be using Cole Harding again, I recommend you do too!

UNBELIEVABLE. They Charge my brother 1.5%+VAT when I have written confirmation that they will charge 1%. They made the young boy do all the hard work but thief my money on Completion day. Disgusting. Will be taking it further definitely do not recommend!!!!!!

Excellent service over the past 18 months or so. Gavin took my property on and let it out within weeks to great tenants. Syede handled the sale of the same property recently in a tough market.

After trying to sell our flat with two other better known agents for months with no luck, Cole Harding took on our property, priced it correctly and published great photos of the interior. We had lots of viewings and an offer within a couple of weeks.

Syede was a pleasure to work with, professional, proactive and he always showed initiative in order to keep our flat sale process moving. The level of communication was great, we were always kept informed of any issues along the way. He managed to keep all parties involved on track and followed up on any queries in a timely manner.

Gavin was absolutely amazing. It was my first house or being a new landlord I had lots of questions and was very confused with all the jorgan. Gavin explained it all and managed to sort out the necessary certification etc on time.

Syede and Rhian at Cole Harding were absolutely excellent. I had previously used a couple of other larger and more nationally known estate agents and they had left me disappointed and underwhelmed. Having decided to go down the more local route, Cole Harding were exactly the tonic for those other not so strong experiences.

From minute one they were insightful, helpful and willing to go out of their way to help the viewings happen, the process after to be as smooth as possible and right through to ensure the sale itself was completed. All in all a very professional experience. Highly recommend!

We recently moved in to a 2 bed room flat managed by Cole Harding. Gavin was so supportive in all the steps from house viewing to our move-in. He has always been quick to respond to queries through Whatsapp. Contract signing and inventory checklist were all done professionally. I’d highly recommend them.

We are so glad that we opted to sell our property with Cole & Harding instead of an online estate agents, especially with the issues facing the market with Covid. Syede Cole managed to get us serious buyers to view the property, and nearly all of them made an offer, one of whom was just three days after the market opened following lockdown. Syede managed to get us the full asking price, and was very helpful throughout the process both in giving us advice and in negotiating with others in the chain for exchange and completion dates, which is unlikely to have happened if it were not for his perseverance. This bears testament to how well he marketed the property, and his local knowledge of the area and its amenities. We certainly got value for money in going through this agency.

Although dealings became entangled in a convoluted, protracted chain process I think the proactivity and imagination displayed by Syede and Gavin, possibly more than any others in the negotiations, was instrumental in keeping all sides on-track. First class guys! Thank you - 4.5 stars.
