REVISED REVIEW
I previously left a critical review after a negative experience where I spent well over an hour on a survey that suddenly disqualified me at the very end, despite showing as complete.
VISASQ reached out to me directly to resolve the matter, and I want to acknowledge the way this was handled. The representative I spoke with was exceptional! Respectful, authentic, and solution-oriented. He assured me I would be paid and explained clearly how the process works (including how and why rare late-cancellation errors can still happen).
What impressed me most was the professionalism and dignity he brought to the call. Rather than dismissing my concerns, he listened, explained transparently, and welcomed the broader industry observations I shared. It turned what started as a frustrating situation into a constructive conversation.
Mistakes happen in any business, but how a company responds is what sets it apart. VISAQ/Coleman earned my respect by resolving this properly and showing that they value both their advisors’ time and their feedback.

Avoid - not worth the wait
Avoid - not worth the wait. Completed a survey around 1 month ago, was told it would take 15 business days which is much longer than equivalent research firms but ok. After that time elapsed, was told to wait another 15 business days.

My experience with Coleman (VisasQ) was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish. The communication from the project manager (Angie) was prompt and clear, and the consultation process was well-structured.
I really appreciated the clarity on the topic beforehand, the fair and timely confirmation of consulting fees, and the quick invoice process. It felt good to be respected for my domain expertise, and I would be happy to collaborate on future projects.
What Coleman does well is treating experts with professionalism, ensuring clarity in expectations, and maintaining a transparent and respectful process — which builds long-term trust.
I’d definitely recommend Coleman to other professionals in the insurance consulting space.

Unacceptable delay in getting paid
I took a survey and after 4 weeks I have’t received my compensation yet. If compared to similar companies (Arbolus, Dialectica, GLG, Ivy Exec) they are by far the worst.

My final comment is that if Coleman are happy with the timing of their payments, as a member of Coleman network of experts, I am definitely not.

Title: Unprofessional Service and False Claims
I had a disappointing experience with Coleman Research Group. Despite my professional conduct, they falsely claimed my consultations were unsatisfactory. Their issues stemmed from poor customer service and mismanagement, not my performance. I also had concerns about their handling of personal data and transparency. I cannot recommend their services.

This is my first experience with VISASQ/COLEMAN and it was what I would expect from a company who works with consultants, professional and easy to engage. Their vetting process was seamless and my background was matched well with the client's needs. I look forward to working with this firm in the future.
My first conseling experience
This is my first time collaborating with VISASQ/COLEMAN, the overall process is quite smooth and delightful. Wayne Chan reached out to me regarding the feasibility of providing consultation. He explained to me the questions I was concerned about with quick response, as a result his customer and I think it will be productive. He also reminded me that I might face ID verification issue and then helped me solved the problem, he's great.
Great Start
I have only just recently done some work for Visasq/Coleman, however, the experience has been better than expected. The initial vetting process has been straightforward, the scheduling has been easy to set up, interviews have been as expected or better and payment has been quicker than anticipated.

I’ve had two engagements with this organization so far, both poor. The first I was contacted with an “URGENT” client need, and so I promptly followed up and completed their questionnaire, and the client manager has not responded since.
The second engagement I followed up with some questions and never heard back.
