Contact was very professional, although on short notice.

Booking was efficient, started on time, and questions were well-planned and thoughtful. A solid experience and balanced process of leveraging time, expertise, and compensation.

The screening questionnaire made me believe specific info on EAS was needed. When in fact they were after a bunch of information from costs, to fleet development, airport research, route structure, employee retention, employee pay and other topics.

The client asked specific questions and many of those questions I was able to answer. However, I think in the future more background information may be needed. The client was conversive and in general was receptive to the experiential knowledge that I conveyed.
