Top class customer service and loads of choice
Took a faulty kettle back today and Colin Smith’s couldn't have been more helpful. They refunded us straightaway so we could get a new kettle. This is an amazing shop for a relatively small town, much better service than Curry’s in Dundee and you get personal help from the staff.

Excellent Company
We had a delivery to our house of a new rangemaster cooker. Unfortunately, Colin Smith's delivery people damaged a brand new and rather costly Dekton worktop during installation. Colin Smith dealt with the matter very professionally and courteously and within just 3 days fully paid our Contractor for a replacement top and installation charges. This is clearly a superb and highly professional local business and because this sort of incident can happen from time to time, it is well worth buying from an outfit such as this.

Following a stressful weekend with a broken washing machine, phoned Colin Smiths Monday morning at 9.15 - new machine fitted before 10.30am - absolutely amazing service. 100% recommend, thank you so much.
