Excellent experience with Colins sash windows. I don’t usually write a review, however the service that I received from Paul was above and beyond what I expected. Answered my messages and calls while on holiday at any time! Drove the length of the country to access a fault on my windows and book me in to have them repaired. Pleasant guy, easy to speak to and he genuinely wants to help. Thanks again.

Colins sash windows are amazing and excellent quality. First I purchased 4 windows for my loft. After seeing the quality and durability of the windows. We decided to order another 9 sash Windows. We needed some assistance with our bay window installation. Paul Taylor was extremely helpful. He advised us wisely and assisted with part we needed to join the bay windows.

Overall we had great experience with Colin’s sash windows from placing the order to delivering the windows. I definitely without any hesitation recommend Collins sash windows to everyone.

I had several issues understanding my order and whilst my sales advisor was often too busy, a lovely colleague of hers named Mila, always made sure she got back to me.

Quality of windows and build quality are great. Had issues with the ironmongery not matching up. Had to pay £45 to change the locks and nobs to match the sash restrictors. Dealing with sales was difficult, Paul called and within minutes the situation was resolved, refunded the money on the next order.

Colin's offer a really good product at a fraction of competitors prices. We had a number of windows and large french windows too with very approachable customer service (they answer phones and return emails). The inevitable glitches were worked through well and aftercare was superb.

Excellent company. I bought 25+ timber effect cream sash windows. Elena was very patient and helpful throughout as I went back and forth a lot before finalising the order. Quality of windows is good and they also do flush casement which I got for dormers. They look beautiful. Thank you Elena for the service. Organised delivery as well although casements took longer to arrive than the sashes. Also their prices were the cheapest I could find online.

We are absolutely in love with our black heritage patio doors and windows!
Due to supply chain issues (and no fault of CSW), the 2 month lead time turned into 4, but they were worth the chilly winter wait. The quality appears to be good and the very en trend style is exactly what we were after.
Whilst updates on the whereabouts of our order were frustrating and at times contradictory, General Manager Velina handled every one of my exasperated phone calls and emails patiently and calmly. Meanwhile, Customer Support Manager Paul, who really is a pleasure to deal with, swiftly visited us after fitting to resolve some snags. The customer service by this team is truly excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to order with CSW again.

I was the reviewer that 'Bella', the keyboard warrior, below ripped in to. I don't know who she is - I don't see a previous review for the company from her - but I gave a honest overview of how I feel about my experience and it is not for her to comment on unless she is providing a response on behalf of the company as she does not know the full details of my complaint.
I deleted my original review as I have now been contacted by the company with a satisfactory resolution to my issue and it would be unfair to leave it as it was.
So in summary, I received excellent customer services from Colin's before placing my order, 7/8 of my uPVC sash and case windows are excellent quality and eventually after some ping pongs with the customer service I was able to get a satisfactory outcome to resolve the issue of one window that was delivered defective.
I will leave it at that.

Fabulous aluminium steel look doors at a great price. There were some delays from the manufacturer which had nothing to do with Colin’s sash windows. These doors do require some skill and experience to fit. My builder, though great, had some difficulty getting them properly installed. I phoned up and was directed to Paul, Colin’s ‘fix it’ guy. What a diamond! He initially had great advice but I persuaded him to come down whereupon he worked tirelessly for the day and sorted them out. Now they are absolutely perfect. Thanks so much, Paul.

I can not fault the product and customer service. There were a couple of glitches however they were corrected with little fuss. From enquiry to quote to aftercare, I would recommend the company all round- thank you.

I don't usually write reviews but I am so impressed with Paul, who has travelled 5 hours to sort out a small problem with the windows, that turned out not to be a fault of the windows at all. I can't thank him enough for the support he has given and for his willingness to literally go the extra miles (literally). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Colin's sash windows again and cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

The quality for the price is exceptional. I was skeptical UPVC vs Timber sashes but with seamless welds it’s very hard if not impossible to tell the difference. The customer service has been fantastic. Elena in sales was very efficient. It’s fair to say I was apprehensive about the DIY measurement and installation. However the technical support from start to finish has been outstanding. Paul went above and beyond. He fielded my many many questions and held my hand (remotely) through the entire process. I have just finished fitting and we couldn’t be happier with them.

Beautiful huge sash windows for our new orangery. We ummed and aghed over wood or upvc for a long time as it is an Edwardian house. So happy we chose upvc in the end as they look amazing and work beautifully. Better insulation too.

The Ayer service care was exceptional. Paul and Frankie came round and took care of issues that we didn’t even know were issues. Truly went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect.

Fantastic experience with Colin's Sash Windows. On hand to help with any questions (to which there were a lot) and really went that extra mile to ensure all measurements and designs were done accurately. Price wise, the best value around. We carried out extensive research for our heritage door and Colin's Sash Windows were in a league of their own with regards to product, price and overall customer care. We'd also like to add that Paul is an absolute credit to the business, going above and beyond to help us and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. Thanks again!

We ordered our bifold door mid-pandemic when every company was experience supply chain issues. Despite my many emails and calls and stressful weeks of pressure from our builders, everyone I spoke to at Colin's was polite, helpful and friendly, especially Velina who I mostly dealt with. We later had issues with the way our door was fitted and both Velina and Paul provided great remote support and help. We eventually had Paul come out to rectify the work of our fitter and the door is now what we want it to be! The bifold looks amazing and is the first thing that is commented on when people visit. If Colin's ever offer fitting as well as supply, go for it!

Awful experience, just try calling and speaking to them. That will give you all the answers you need. Waited over 6 weeks for an item sent to the wrong place. Communication is really really poor. Argumentative at best. Won't be using them again.
