Dreadful company
Bought items from Amazon (€200 worth). I had all the messages to say it’s coming and when to expect it. 1240pm comes the message ‘We attempted delivery’. No they did not. That is a lie. I was waiting in my garden. There was no van that was there at that time. I pay for Prime and that allows set delivery dates. Twice no in 10 days delivery companies have lied about trying to deliver.
Further proof that Amazon in France is hijacked by useless French delivery companies who hire drivers that when it’s nice weather or late pm decide to just call it a day. That is not a professional service and I suggest avoiding Colis Prive

The second time the carrier failed…
The second time the carrier called once, quickly hanging up and before I could get to the phone. I needed a package before a birthday, then rescheduled for the day of the birthday and now nothing.

Amazing service
I was not at the house and the driver came to the restaurant (5 minutes from the house) to deliver the package. Not many would have done that. I am impressed.

If I could give 0 I would
If I could give 0 I would. Their delivery people are useless and cannot find us even though no other delivery companies have this problem. If you add our address to google maps it shows exactly where we are.
We get deliveries every day and when we see it is with Colis Prive we are always so annoyed as we know there will almost 100% be a problem.
Today two of my parcels were not delivered and my husband has a parcel from Saturday that was not delivered so we requested delivery for Monday and added directions to our house but today we were told it's being sent to a relay point. This will likely be in a town 20 minutes away as happened in the past rather than to our local town 6 minutes away.
They honestly could not be any worse than they are. They don't care and they don't attempt to resolve the issues.

Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service. Every time my parcel comes with Coli's Prive, I have issues. They don't come and checked it as delivered, take it to the pickup point without even attempting to deliver, ... And that's when your parcel actually arrives... Oh, and when you try to fill a complaint, website doesn't work. You try to call? Nobody answers...

Ordered a Amazon package. It says delivered with signature. Nothing is delivered. I ask an explanation from Colis Prive. I get none. I only get a closure of the case without even answering. Luckily Amazon is there to help me. This transport firm is a disgrace.

Scam or just very inefficient
I never received my package, it was marked as delivered but it wasn't in my mail box. I submitted a complaint on 27th of April and never heard back. Still don't have my package nor my money back. So either they are very inefficient or scammy.
