Delivery service

Driver says the package was left in my mailbox, but nothing is there. This is the second package they have "lost" in 2 months. Generally, they fail to deliver on time, even after making further appointments for their missed deliveries. My heart sinks every time I order something from Amazon and see it is being delivered by Colis Prive! I contact Colis Prive every time a delivery is missed or goes missing but I have never had a reply, apology or explanation why packages were not delivered. Colis Prive, in my opinion are the worst carriers I have had the misfortune to use. I cannot understand why Amazon use them. CP may reply to this review and they will tell me to contact them, I have, dozens of times, but never got a response.

Very good and on time.

And again the driver does not manage to find my house, apparently. The same address as always, has not changed, is always correct on the package. But without good reason there's suddenly something wrong with the address. The same address they deliver something to at least 2 or 3 times a month, from the same shipper, using the same address on the label.
But what I actually expect is that Colis Prive simply overburdens their drivers and they don't manage to deliver the packages in time, so to avoid getting in trouble with the boss they claim 'problems with the address'.
But that means -I- have to fix YOUR problem, 'dear' Colis Prive. Your service royally SUCKS.

The delivery is long and late and I would love to know where is my parcel

It's mentioned that I can't do a claim on the website because the delivery time is less than 4 days, however it has been 5 days since your department received my package

Liars. Supposed to be delivered Saturday it's now Thursday. Insane. Still not delivered say they tried to deliver Tuesday at 2030 which is a complete lie. It's sooooo boring. Are there any good delivery companies? And by good I mean do what you say you will.

I’m not so happy every time my parcel will deliver by colis privé. Many times my parcel was delayed and sent us excuses thru email why they can’t deliver in the date we expected. That’s why we stay at home and wait for the delivery but they never arrive. If someone in Amazon read this..don’t ever give my parcel to Colis. They absolutely no confident to serve your customers right. They don’t value costumers, that’s why they have a job because of us.

The worse delivery company in the world!!!!! Driver calls you with a number unknown. Then says they have tried to deliver. Ring the doorbell IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!’

Item returned to sender no reason why not even an attempt at delivery very unhappy by far the worst I’ve used

I was looking for zero stars.,
Three times they have delayed deliveries, twice no notification the last time they tell me that I have agreed to a review and a different date ( which of course I haven’t)
Amazon tell me to use CP’s tracking…that doesn’t work.

They tell me they can’t find our house despite previous deliveries

They’re so bad that I’ve asked if Amazon can not use them for our deliveries

Appalling , they’ve only got one job to do

Fast delivery, good communication

This delivery service is the worst:

- Either your parcel will get broken
- Or your parcel will get forced into your mailbox, trying to break your mailbox in the proces so it is nearly impossible to ever get it out of your mailbox
- Or the parcel gets pushed into my garden, underneath my garden door breaking my wire under the door and of course ensuring that your parcel can be left to the weather Gods.
- and if you are home while they should deliver, forget about it. They will not ring your door, because that would mean they would actually need to work that day. Better is to just take your parcel to a random shop in the city so you will need to get there and pay parking, because the delivery service also costs money, just not enough.
- you cannot reach customer service, a complaint can only be filed after a web form and will take at least a week if ever to get a response. So if you lost a package, good luck.

Basically worst company ever.
I have yet to get a good experience with them. I hope they will never deliver my parcels again. Sadly as a consumer you just cannot choose the delivery system.
