Exceptional customer service
I needed a replacement cover for my lovely rainbow windproof umbrella and couldn’t see them in the website. So I contacted collars and cuffs on the off chance and received a very quick reply. Wayne was so helpful and is sending me a complimentary cover. At a time when customer service is not as it was, it’s fantastic to find that some people and companies still care about their customers. In addition I must say the umbrella I have had for 3 years ands it’s brilliant

I wanted to replace my old collar and cuffs umbrella with exactly the same version but had difficulty identifying it.
The customer service agent managed to find my original invoice from over 5 years ago and then sent me a link for the one I wanted. All this was within 24 hours!

Excellent quality for the price
Ordered 1 small umbrella. Very impressed with the quality and price. So impressed i Ordered another 2, for my daughter and granddaughter, they too were impressed with the quality. Would highly recommend this company, quality is amazing for the price.Had a query about the umbrella, and customer service was excellent too, couldn't have asked for more.

Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
I ordered a beautiful umbrella and was so delighted when it arrived. The quality was excellent. Unfortunately, the clasp failed shortly after I began using it. I reached out to Collar and Cuffs London, and was delighted by how helpful and responsive Wayne in customer service and was. He was very courteous and was able to solve my problem quickly.

Sayed is a WONDER
Sayed is a WONDER! What a lovely and v helpful chap. I work long hours and emailed him at c 7 in the morning and at c 7 in the evening (in response to emails back and forth) and he responded within minutes - including v early on a Saturday. He deserves a huge pay rise. He is a person that every company needs. - he even more than sorted out my situation! Many thanks again Sayed - hope that you are having a great weekend
