The bag I bought broke after 1 week of use. I emailed the company and never heard back. I have now contacted them 1 year later and am still waiting for a response. Don't buy!

I advise everyone to avoid this company.
It's all good up front, but once you have paid, it's downhill.

I booked a direct transit, that was to be collected before 2PM, delivered in 3 days, and that was to be kept on one van only (to reduce handling). They met their promises on zero of these points. Trying to deal with this company is useless. They are rarely contactable ([Name removed by Sirelo] the director still refuses to return my calls), and when you do speak to anyone, they always have a different story and excuse for all the problems. Never consistent and always lying. In my case, I was told my original van broke down, but then this changed to a delayed pickup on another job. A delay of a few hours, which somehow added 4 days on top of my delivery time (taking it to a total of 7 days when it should have been 3). During this time, I was also told my shipment was en route and in Scandinavia. This was also another lie, as it turns out it never left the UK until AFTER it was already due to be delivered. It further transpired that not only did they actually use 3 vans, but the boxes came to me completely demolished.
I have yet to receive any explanation for this, and they have offered me a refund of less than 10% of what I paid, which is completely laughable.
My original red flag was reading bad reviews and then seeing how the company responded to them without taking any responsibility. If you are reading this, then you should take note.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had to relocate to New Zealand due to work. My stuff was shipped by sea, which took a little while, but this is to be expected anywhere. The service I received was fantastic from collection to delivery! Thank you so much for taking the stress away of such a big move.

Absolutely faultless service. Had a lot of last minute changes, which they were happy to oblige to. Communication from the ops side was top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking to ship their personal belongings!

Avoid this company.

Super polite, trustable, and efficient shipping company among this complicated and sometimes tricky industry. Rob from Deliver1 found my very valuable package after another company lost it. Then he sent it to me in no time. Cannot be more grateful!

Really helpful company and great customer service. They were very good with communication keeping us informed with the progress of our move and nice operators. Great to be able to track the delivery van in real time.
Overall a great service and would recommend this company.

I got a reasonable quote for my move from the UK the NZ. Paid deposit and secured collection date one month in advance. They sent me cardboard boxes to help. For some reason day of collection was delayed on the day to the following day after waiting around all day with nobody answering the phone. No correspondence after collection, even after chasing several times for an update. Until 7-8 weeks later when the delivery was shortly due to my address in NZ, they said they would look into it and provide an update. A few days later they let me know the delivery was being loaded in the UK next week and due in 8 weeks time which was a huge surprise and ruined the whole move. I chased 3-4 times during the 8 weeks for updates but received no reply until I got further notifications about several week delays. I eventually was put in contact with a local 3rd party agency in NZ who organised all the customs forms and paperwork and arranged delivery. I was without my possessions from 31st August 2022 - 27th January 2023. 21 weeks in total door to door after a quote of 8 weeks on the water. I could have shipped my items weeks earlier but was talked out of it to avoid storage charges. I ended up spending hundreds on repurchasing of essential items. I asked for compensation several times for just proportions of the delivery fee, but was given nothing but threats of further fees. I went to an ombudsman, however they advised this business is not affiliated with the trading body and I was not able to progress my claim.

They damaged my wardrobe and never replied to my emails asking for a compensation. Charlie ignored all my emails. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Really great experience, team have done all the packing as per plan, they have packed in the region of 100 boxes in 1 day! I was truly amazed, by their performance, Adrian even went an extra mile and took our TVs of the wall. Move the next day, have also went smooth, we were out from our property before 12:00, only problem was that we couldn't get in our new house on arrival, but team again have been extremely patient until we have received our keys. Big credit to team Collect1, will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family

AVOID! Terrible service- please read

We booked collect 1 to move our 3 bed house. We advised them we had a lot of belongings (we have 2 small children and a cat and dog!) so they did a video walk through of the house (and loft and garden) and an itemised inventory. We asked for them to spend 2 days packing, but they were insistent they only needed 1, that they were professionals and could work fast. Charlie was very reassuring and professional sounding....

On the day they were supposed to be packing they hadn't arrived when they said they would so my husband called the office who said they were on their way. we then got a call from the actual removal guys who said they were stuck on another job (not on their way at all!) and would be late, but they weren't sure how late. An hour later I called the office who assured me they were on their way and would definitely be there soon. After another hour we couldn't get hold of anyone in the office at all so my husband and I manically started packing up as much as we could in our house. We then got a call from the guys saying they didn't have the correct boxes and had to go to another warehouse to collect them.

At midday we got a call from Rob asking for more money for wardrobe boxes because we hadn't ordered them and the guys had picked them up for us- which was very confusing, but nice we could finally get hold of someone from the company!

They finally arrived 6 hours late.

The men they had working for them were fantastic and had to work till 10:30pm to pack our house up, which is unethical at best.

The next day for our move, they arrived with vans that were too small to accommodate all of our belongings so my husband and I had to move a lot of our items ourselves. They also didn't have the correct equipment (no covers on the mattresses, nor the TV) no drills to dismantle the furniture. As a consequence there was dirt all over the mattresses, scuffs in the furniture etc.

Again- I have to say the actual men doing the moving were great and worked so hard- they just didn't have the right tools and had terrible management.

The stress these guys caused us on moving day was horrific- we paid over £2000 for a terrible, stressful experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wonderful service and support from start to finish. Rob reassured me from the start and he was great. The lads who picked up the goods and dropped them off were brilliant. Called when they were an hour away from pick up, informed us when the goods had been collected and were on their way, then called when they were 20 mins away from arrival. They packed and unpacked with care, and were professional and polite. I couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend!

The two men who came to help me move were amazing they used their initiative worked well as a team and did not damage any of my property I would highly recommend this company I am so so happy and I would pay them again :)

I recently used Collect1 to move from a 2 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house across east London. The sales process was very patient, helpful and convenient over WhatsApp. Only thing I’d say is once I made payment to book the service in the sales guy didn’t respond to my follow up questions (although the manager responsible for my move did).

The service on the day was fantastic. The two man team turned up on time, worked efficiently and were super understanding working around us and 3 kids. All in all a great experience and a company I’d recommend
