Pre ordered a figure with ease. Slapped in an order, was kept informed of when the item was avaliable via the pre order date chart, along with various emails detailing when item would be shipped.
Arrived in excellent condition, which is great for MOC collectors!

Preordered the Figma Twilight Princess Link a few months ago, and with current events there were expected delays. But what was not expected was the constant communication, reassurance and accomodation of any requests (I had to change address halfway through, no issue at all) from the team. Package even arrived with some sweets! Will definitely be using these guys more often, it's abundantly clear when a business truly cares about the hobby and the customers supporting them - you guys rock!
