Title: Order not received and no response from customer service
I placed an order for a Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box and paid on 25 September 2026. Unfortunately, I have not received my order and have been unable to get a response from the seller.
I have sent four emails asking for an update, dispatch confirmation, tracking information or a clear delivery date, but none has been answered.
I also tried calling the telephone number provided by the seller several times, but it appears to be invalid or unreachable.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that I have paid for goods I have not received. I would have preferred to resolve this matter directly with the seller, but my attempts to do so have been unsuccessful.
My experience so far has been very frustrating. I would welcome a response from the seller and a clear resolution to this outstanding order.
