Booked & paid for collection,
Tree was not collected- contacted and the driver claimed the road was too narrow (never had an issue with access, bin collection trucks/large lorry can fit down the road easily)
Promised a date for recollection but have since ignored all emails. Have given lots of time to contact/rearrange but now being ignored. Not even offered a refund.

My partner booked a collection for 3 trees on Sunday the 12th. Nobody turned up. We emailed first thing this morning asking for an update, unfortunately, we've received no response, and are now left wondering how we're going to dispose of 3 Christmas trees.

No communication, no contact, and no way to phone them. Would not recommend.

Booked for collection in 2 days time, tree was collected no issues. Thanks! Will be using again next year :)

Excellent service! I had no idea how I was going to get my Christmas Tree to the Recycling Centre so I decided to book with Calum. It was so easy to do this online, I booked a slot for 2 days later and when I got home today, the tree was gone. Thank you 😊

Easy to arrange. Although the tree was not collected on the original date email contact with Callum was successful and the tree was collected the following day.
Would use this service again

We have kept our Christmas tree mid January as it was still in great condition. i missed all the collection dates from the city council and it didn't fit in the car as it was huge. in less then 5 min i booked a slot, left the tree in front of the house and by the time i returned from work it was gone. saved me lots of hassle of chopping it, shuvjng it in my car plus another 20£ saving with car valeting. definitely reccomend
