Breach of guidelines
Copenhagen's hidden gem!
When I visit a new city, I always try to find a few consignment/vintage stores to visit (I also find GF bakeries!) I did a quick Google search and thankfully found Collectors Cage in Copenhagen! It was super easy to find, gorgeous inside, the associates in the store were so welcoming and lovely, and the selection was absolutely impeccable. The selection and condition of the bags were impressive. I had a hard time picking just one - and I'll definitely be back in-store (someday!) and online to find a new treasure!

Slower delivery, but lovely bag!
When I ordered it said 1-3 days delivery, but they didn’t ship until 1,5 days after I ordered, which I think is a bit slow. I’d also love for them to offer delivery with GLS as well, instead of PostNord only. Ended up receiving the bag Tuesday (ordered Wednesday morning the week before).
The bag itself, a vintage LV, is great. Lovely condition, especially for the good price I paid for it. Lovely packaging, nice little dustbag. It comes with an authenticity card; here I would prefer if they added the brand and model of the item, but that’s a minor details. Would definitely shop with Collectors Cage again.

I’m so happy I discovered Collector's Cage! Such a unique and exciting concept!
I decided to order a Speedy 30 and the entire experience has been seamless. From browsing the website to checkout, everything felt easy and trustworthy.
When my tracking seemed stuck for a couple of days, I contacted customer service and was amazed at how quickly and kindly they replied. Their team really makes you feel supported every step of the way.

I was looking for a duffel bag and my girlfriend recommended me this company since she has bought a handbag from them earlier (she came across them through Instagram). Very helpful and kind!At first i was a bit sceptical about buying a vintage bag. I had many questions and thoughts. Before even considering buying i messaged them asking about the sizes and some other details. They replied and were very helpful. I ordered the bag. it took about 1 week to arrive. i can confirm that the bags are EXACTLY like the pictures on the website. also came with an authentication and some really cute stickers and most importantly a dust bag. im in love with my new bag. got SO many compliments. i would 100% recommend shopping from collectors cage !!

great experience. a little late sending the package, but I was warned about it and thus felt safe. the package arrived within a week (which is important for bag freaks) and packed like in a luxury store! a pleasure to receive. the condition of the bag was "good" in the description, but in fact it is in very good condition. thank you!!!

Dispatch is Lengthly
Cannot review the product, as it has not arrived yet. But the website states 1-3 days for dispatch, and it's now 7 days since purchase, and according to Postnoord, the item has been registered but is not on its way yet. I understand that the store is very busy, but when compared to other online retailers (domestic and international), the dispatch is a lot faster. Actually, I have received all of the online orders that I made after the CC purchase, in the time that I have been waiting for this item. This is my first order and I don't think I will order agin due to the dispatch and delivery times
