They are not a scam but they are not good in answering and helping people. Its rhe second time.thwy send a product with GLS company
First time they left it at the door. Luckily not one stolen. Second time the parcel qemt missing. Gls 9f course never answer my emails our calls. The company keeps saying that is in communications with the warehouse but is 1 full month in and no answers. They stop answer my emails. They don't want own the mistake. Emails? Yes with factuur but never with track&Trace code. Only if is DHL. Now what i loose the money and not even a call back? Ye i definitely not buy again from them. Be aware. They don't gove a crap about your situation. Because in the end what I'm going to do? They know that. They will just ignore you. What a bunch.

As explained, we always offer a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation is completed. Unfortunately, the speed of this process is not in our hands and can take longer than expected.
