Extremely excessive compliance
Collin has unfortunately chosen OPP to implement her compliance. I know how this works, I have extensive experience with various banks and investment institutions, but no one works as extremely as this gang of autistic people. And every requested document naturally leads to new requests for information. These must also be carefully studied and initialed. And while that lasts, you can invest, but the balance cannot be withdrawn. As long as Collin works with this organization, I will not invest another euro there.

Page freezes! I'm investing for years with this…
I'm investing for years in this platform. I think they can do a much better job; getting their own fees (appr 15%) lowered and have their software updated. Too often it occur that I'm investing and the page freezes and after 2 minutes it's already too late to invest. Very very frustrating! Bad service and it would be good to be rewarded if you are a loyal investor right?

- All trades for larger investment opportunities always come online at 11:00 AM. Make sure you have sufficient balance on your 'My Collin' account.
- You can also invest via the Collin app. If you invest via the app, you no longer have to confirm by SMS. This is mandatory via our website and takes extra time.
- Finally, we recommend that you regularly check our future investment opportunities page. There you can read up on the investment opportunities that are going live at least 48 hours in advance.
