$3,000 wasted on Collins Ecom! Run away!
I paid $3,000 to Collins Ecom based on their claims of how they would help me begin and grow a successful online business. Their program included personal help from a coach for the first 90 days.
My experience was the coach gave me piece-meal advice, parsed out very slowly, so that there was no way I was going to get any kind of business going before their 90 day window of assistance ran out.
They created an online store for me by their "experts" (a $500 value!?) through Shopify, featuring one single product. They did not explain how to make the store functional. The store they set up violated Shopify's terms and was taken down, and no one would explain what was wrong with it. Collins Ecom claimed it was MY fault, even though THEY set it up. They left me hanging at that point, frustrated and confused. Then they told me perhaps I just was not cut-out for online business.
I tried to set up new stores by myself on Shopify using the template Collins gave me (created by their "experts"!) and Shopify promptly shut each one down again. No reasons given.
By then my 90 days of support ran out, and I was told to just figure the rest of it out by myself.
Adding to the failure of the Collins Ecom system was the way they changed the site for their online forum, the place we were supposed to get help. At first it was with Discord, then they scrapped that and tried to open it on Whop. It was difficult to reconnect. After a very short time, they scrapped that, too, and tried to go back to Discord. I could not reconnect with them there for some reason. It was as if they had forgotten I was a paying customer, and they just tried to get me to purchase their program again. They had effectively shut me out completely.
When I complained to my coach about the problems I felt Collins Ecom had created, he suggested I purchase a second program from them (also for $3,000) and promised it would really work (this time!) I was not about to get fooled twice.
One thing that really bothered me about Collins Ecom, was the way they falsified their Shopify store. They put claims and testimonials in it that were completely fabricated. I pointed this out, and they told me nobody really checks them, and it would take someone so long to cry foul that I would have already made my money and could move on to a new store if one got in trouble.
Their integrity was non-existent.
I gathered from my experience that they were not very interested in helping me build a successful online business at all. *I* was *their* business, and once they got my money, it was all over. They bragged about the thousands of people they have helped. I wonder if that was a lie, just like the lies they advertised in their online stores.
A total scam
A total scam. Jacob Collins sold me on a "Done For You" business as a profit partner. More importantly, he promised a guarantee in writing of my fee. After I did much of the work, he abandoned me because the product he chose was a failure, he blamed me saying I didn't do enough (It was a "Done For You") contract, and refuses to honor his contract. He is a dishonorable man running a scam business.
Thank guys!
We weren’t new to ecommerce when we joined. Our brand was already doing $15–20k/month, but we’d hit a ceiling. We were burning money on Facebook ads, TikTok wasn’t working, and I was basically considering shutting everything down. A friend recommended Collins Ecom, and I figured we had nothing to lose.
The first call was eye-opening. Jacob went through our funnel and basically tore it apart. He pointed out why our store wasn’t converting, why our ads were failing, and why our backend was a mess. It wasn’t easy hearing it, but he was right. The team rebuilt everything within two weeks: a new store layout, a clear TikTok content system, and fresh creatives with UGC creators they helped us hire.
The difference was night and day. Our first month under their system, we hit $32k. The second month we did a good $40-50k I think. By the third month, we crossed $55,000ish in a single month. Same product, same market — just a completely different approach. It still blows my mind how much we left on the table before.
I’ve done a lot of programs and worked with agencies in the past. None of them aligned incentives like this. Collins Ecom isn’t cheap, but the results more than justify it. They’re not just giving advice, they’re in the trenches with you.
Thanks guys!
Investment that actually returned
Not cheap, but I made my money back in month 3.
Awesome
Did this last year, awesome offer. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Guided me through every step
I came into Collins Ecom as a complete beginner. I didn't own a Shopify store, no idea how to run ads, honestly not even confident I could pull this off. What hooked me was the fact that it wasn’t being sold as a “course.” I’ve bought plenty of those before and always ended up with more questions than answers. This felt different — it was pitched as a partnership, and that’s exactly what it turned out to be.
The first few weeks were mostly backend: they built me a custom store, gave me a product they had researched, and handed me a seven-page blueprint that literally told me what to do day by day. It was overwhelming at first because I’d never posted content before, but every time I hit a wall, I got a same-day response from the team. That made me push through the uncomfortable parts.
By the end of month two, I was consistently making sales. By month five, my total revenue was just over $98,000. That number still doesn’t feel real. The program isn’t “easy,” but it is clear. You get told exactly what to do, and if you follow it, the results come. I’ve wasted so much time before on random YouTube strategies, and now I finally feel like I’m building something that will scale longterm.
If you’re on the fence, just know this: you’ll have to work. You’ll be making videos, testing ads, and learning. But the difference is you’re never doing it alone. For me, that was the key.
Step-by-step dropshipping made simple
Collins Ecom helped me understand how to build a dropshipping business from scratch. The focus on organic marketing and practical templates made learning efficient, not overwhelming. I walked away with tools I could implement right away.
Revenue jumped faster than I expected
I run a supplement brand and thought I just needed help with ads. Jacob and the team rebuilt my funnel, gave me a new product suggestion & creative strategy, and within 6 weeks we went from plateauing at $19k/month to $42k/month. They've really helped me out here and it weren't for this level of support and knowledge I've gained, I wouldn't be where I'm at today.
Didn’t expect to get this far as a beginner
I never leave 5 star reviews but this is one of the few programs where the delivery matches the pitch. I joined as a complete beginner, and instead of getting lost in tutorials, I had a Shopify store and blueprint in under 14 days. Fast forward 4 months and unfortunately we had to restart with a new product, but I'm highly confident we can make it work the second time around.
Worked hard, but the results speak for themselves
So here’s the deal. I’m not some 18 year old TikTok kid, I’m 37, married, two kids, decent job but always felt like I was just… stuck. I’d been watching the ecommerce space from the sidelines forever, too nervous to jump in because I’d seen how many people get scammed. When I stumbled across Collins Ecom, the thing that clicked was it didn’t sound like another “course.” It was more like, “hey, we’ll literally do half the work with you.” That felt safer.
The first couple months weren’t glamorous. I was filming TikToks after the kids went to bed, learning the ropes while they handled the backend. Store was live within 2 weeks, product chosen for me (and honestly I doubted it at first), but I decided to trust the process. Fast forward a year and that same “doubtful” product has done $720,000 in sales. I never thought I’d even break 5 figures online, let alone cross 6.
What surprised me most wasn’t just the money, it was the accountability. I’m the type who starts things and loses steam. This time, every time I felt like slacking, they were in my ear: “post today, try this new hook, adjust that ad.” It’s like having a business partner that refuses to let you fail. That’s what made the difference for me.
I won’t lie, it was work. Alot. Plenty of nights I wanted to toss my phone across the room when videos flopped. But the compounding kicked in, the ads started hitting, and suddenly I was watching weeks go from $2k to $10k to $20k+. If you’re someone like me who’s been scared to commit because of all the gurus out there, this is the one I’d bet on, it’s real structure, and if you stick with it… the numbers follow.
Real results
Not gonna lie, the program’s intense. Jacob doesn’t sugarcoat anything. At first I thought he was too blunt but now I see why. I needed someone to cut the excuses and tell me what actually works. My store just had its first $1k day. I’m hyped.
Finally something that actually works
To be real, I joined because I was tired of fake courses. This ain’t a course. Collins came in and partnered with me and my partner alex, he built the Shopify store from scratch, chose my product, wrote my marketing blueprint, and even showed me how to hire content creators. I just followed step by step and now we're seeing profit for the first time in a long time, which is a breath of fresh air to FINALLY come across something that's working.
Not the right fit for me
The only people making money in ecommerce are big companies, not small fish like us. If your trying to make extra money online, don't do dropshipping.... If you want to build a big company, go for it - teams great but this ain't for me.
Our Case
Brand Before Partnership → $12k/month stuck for 9 months.
After Collins Ecom → scaled to $50k/month in 7 weeks.
They rebuilt our ads, gave us UGC creators, and made us switch to TikTok-first. Total game changer.
THANK YOU
I just wanna say THANK YOU. I’ve been trying ecom for 2 years. Always failed, wasted money. With Collins Ecom I finally got clarity. Store is done, content system is rolling, and I hit my first 10 sales in 3 days. That’s never happened before.
Best coaching experience I’ve had so far
I was skeptical. Spent thousands before on other coaches who ghosted. These guys are different, Jacob literally told me the truth I didn’t want to hear and it worked lol. I’m finally running ads that convert, we're doing 50k/month right now after launching organic on tiktok. A few videos of mine blew up organically, then we ran ads with those winners and surprisingly hitting 3.5x ROAs - which I've never been able to do myself.
Collins Ecom isn’t another ‘guru…
Collins Ecom isn’t another ‘guru course.’ It’s literally a team building your brand with you. They gave me a store, a product, AND daily access when I was stuck. Worth every penny.
Amazing 👍
The team was amazing! They helped me get to $10k /month in revenue in the first 3 months selling skincare, I couldn't be happier working with collins and the team :)
Real results in just weeks
I joined the Collins Ecom Partnership Program after wasting months on courses and YouTube tutorials that gave me no real results. This was completely different. Jacob and his team actually built my store from the ground up, gave me a proven product, and walked me through TikTok marketing step by step. The daily 1-on-1 access is insane - anytime I had a question, I got an answer. Within weeks, I finally had a real brand live and running, with ads and content dialed in.
What I love most is that they have skin in the game. Their motto is literally: ‘If you don’t make money, neither do we.’ That gave me the confidence I needed. It’s not a course, it’s real implementation. They built the backend for me, showed me exactly how to market, and kept me accountable every single day.
If you’ve been burned before or feel stuck, this is the program that actually delivers. Hands down the best investment I’ve made.
