They CHARGE ME 220$ EXTRA instead of monthly (which i personally use . Definitely it is a SCAM APP . PLEASE DONT PUT YOUT CREDIT CARD because you will end up talki to a AI AGENT and you will never get the money (like me )

The initial system was a decent tool; it was not spectacular. I believe the product is ok; however, the company is a terrible company. I used 1 month and was charged for it worked with what I needed.
I went to cancel and it had only been 3 days after the bill was charged plus I never used anything at all from it I only missed the deadline to cancel. They will not refund my money because their system won't allow.

Impossible to cancel after free trial period. They keep charging and charging and charging. Worse user experience

Proceed with Caution - If you ever want to cancel, this is very difficult.

Looks great and then you sign up and can’t edit an existing design unless you pay a lot per month or the entire year fee - and the watermark won’t disappear. They clearly know about the issues and you then have to contact them to remove. I’ve cancelled and asked for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Very frustrating to try and use. Upgraded and the features were not readily available. The refund policy is bogus because you have to keep trying to figure out the software and using photos and they require you to have not used many photos.
The exterior ai setup put furniture in the front yard.
You are never able to directly interact with the company in an easy way to problem solve or get your money back. This is a BUYER BEWARE warning.

That's the best design app I have tested - the result was what I needed comprared to the other apps. The only problem I had is that I accidently clicked the Upgrade button and it immediately charged me. It took a couple of weeks to get money back so I could proceed with the desired plan. I wish it were much faster.

This is an excellent tool for remodeling your house and figuring out what style of furnishings you like and how to best arrange your rooms.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Collov.ai. The AI-generated home stagings were consistently of very poor quality and entirely unusable for my professional needs, falling far below my expectations. This resulted in a significant waste of time.

Furthermore, managing the account was frustrating. The platform made it difficult to handle virtual staging from different angles of the same room, often failing to process the requests correctly. In some cases, the virtual staging even distorted furniture, such as misshaping dining table legs, or added unexpected and irrelevant objects like animals, making the output completely unusable.

Due to the poor product quality of Collov.ai and the frustrating customer experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I am very unsatisfied with collov.ai’s service. The home stagings generated by their AI were very, very poor and simply not usable for my needs. It was far below my expectations and a waste of time. On top of that, I forgot to cancel my subscription and ended up being billed multiple times. The cancellation process itself was difficult and frustrating, as I had to deal with a chatbot rather than a human, which made resolving the issue slow and complicated. Overall, I cannot recommend this service due to both the poor product quality and the frustrating billing and cancellation experience.

I thought this AI program was awful. I was expecting so much from it because I had use Chatgtp a little for staging. It was great. I thought since this program was more of a real staging staging program, it would be fabulous. I have to say that I tried it in different rooms in the house, and I didn't like any of the hundred or so pictures it showed me which is pretty bad and so disappointing. The AI staging images the program gives you are totally uninspiring, boring, and in my opinion ugly.. Their AI programs put chairs in the middle of hallways, beds that block doorways, furniture pieces right in front of fireplaces. They can do a lot better. This program was a total waste for me. I don't understand why someone would like it. Maybe I am missing something, but if I were a realtor, I would never want to decorate rooms of a home I was selling with this AI program. I wanted it to be fabulous. I was so disappointed.

The system could not do what they claimed. When trying to cancel, they made me do a video call and then the call "was disconnected". When I discovered it was not cancelled and refunded, I emailed the company and the response was: "so could not be refunded, thanks"
