Nightmare!!! Do not purchase from this company!
Ordered an 11. After about 3 weeks of waiting they asked if they could send a 10. I said no because it wouldn't fit and asked for a refund - this happened multiple times. They sent the 10 anyway. They said they would refund me once it arrived and when it did they denied my refund because I put incorrect size received. I then received a message that said they would process the refund for me if I changed the reason to no longer needed. I refused and filed a dispute with the TikTok shop, which was approved. All in all, this has probably taken me 6 hours to resolve which is a complete waste of my time and energy - ended up costing me far more than the $50 ring cost. Unethically ran business. Save yourself the trouble and order from another company!!!!!
