I keep getting a message in Microsoft Office 2016 saying I need to enter a new code to activate it, and I already entered the code I bought from them. I don't know what to do, or if this will affect my Office 2016 performance.

Buenos días.
Como parte del protocolo de soporte en el primer contacto, se les indicó que siguieran el manual y que si presentaban alguna duda nos avisaran (Lo cual nunca sucedió).
Pasados 2 días nos escribiste en nuestro sitio web indicando que la persona encargada no había podido instalar ni activar el Office, nos pusimos en contacto esa misma tarde por WhatsApp indicando que les ayudaríamos por acceso remoto a instalar el Office y activarlo a lo cual tampoco tuvimos respuesta.
