Thought I canceled the subscription months ago and just got an email saying my shipment is on the way. They refuse to refund me since it was a subscription but they don't even send you an email warning you your subscription is renewing. Garbage company, overpriced fiber supplement. Don't waste your money here.

The support and product has been positive!
Since day one the support has been positive and I feel great on this product. I am usually sensitive to products. I did feel little nauseous until I realized I was not drinking a full bottle of water with the two capsules like I normal would with anything I take. That has been resolved with the staff reminding me to drink a full bottle of water.
I am not as hungry and I feel more energetic. It really helps with Spring in the air knowing there is hope to drop the winter pounds. We are talking 20-30 pounds. I see the light lol. In first week I lost three pounds.
Staff has reminded me of being of mindful of my snacks that adds unnecessary calories helps. I have switched to cucumbers to snack on instead. I have recommended this to several people so far.
