I've just purchased an item from Color…
I've just purchased an item from Color Confidence online. It all went very smoothly and I am happy with the item. Moreover and more to the point perhaps, about 10 years ago I purchased a calibration devise and software from CC. Not only am I still using that device, but CC has always helped me when I have had issues updating the software. They have given me excellent support.

Purchase was easy online but the delivery was pretty bad. My order came in 2 parts via different couriers. One contacted me with delivery options but then ignored my request and left the item in plain sight on the front door step. The other made no contact in advance and then made it difficult for me to pick up the item from their location when I was not in for the first delivery attempt.
