Best print company I have ever used for my business! I ordered menus on thick synthetic paper and it came out exactly as I wanted! I made my own menus and I loved that the print stayed accurate to the colors I picked. My employees love how easy to clean and durable the synthetic paper is!

I never received a proof of my order although it shows approved. I’ve left a voicemail and sent an email with no response. If the company would like more time for them to process an order prior to writing a review of my experience then maybe they should adjust when the reviews are requested. It wasn’t until after the review was written that I received a response.

This was a test poster to evaluate foam core mounting, image quality and the brittleness of the foam core. The finished product was exactly what I wanted. I now have the confidence to submit all my remaining posters.

Black border foam core must not be a common request. My local suppliers could not deliver. And their white foam core was quoted at 2.5X the cost of this poster.

Simply the best! We won't order from anyone else. Customer service and quality are excellent and we have been working with Color Copies for nearly a decade.

Loved the design process. The material it was printed on is good quality. I gave this 3 stars because on the screen I was not alerted that our logo was too enlarged and would come out hazy. Then the biggest issue is we had pictures set up centered on the card; with the way they were cut, they are now off center and it does not look great.

Gustavo was awesome to work with. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. In addition, there was a slight error with a part of the order, which was no fault of Gustavo's, and he went out of his way to correct it in order for me to be happy. I highly recommend Color Copies USA.

It really depends on which customer service representative you talk to. I talked to some that were very unhelpful and not as knowledgable as I would have hoped they'd have been. Thankfully I was able to finally reach one who knew everything I needed and was very helpful.

Email support did not read my email in its entirety, or did not read it closely because they never answered the question I asked.

Waiting to see how the prints turn out. I'm hopeful they will be good. I believe they will be. This review is really only about their customer service.
