It was my first time using Colorland to print out the photo albums back in January, 2019. I ordered 3 albums at once and I am satisfied with the result. Good quality and fast! It is recommended.

SHOCKING service
SHOCKING service
I sent 2 family photos after a bereavement and I received a zoomed in picture totally taking out the background and relevant sunset
I contacted them and initially they said I had altered the picture
I sent them a picture of the canvass received and the 2 pictures I had sent... They again claimed I had altered it... Shocking
I have 4 canvasses now of a picture half the size I ordered
There alleged technical support team agreed with colorland.. Surprisingly
I have over a dozen canvasses from vista print and photo shop with no complaints
This company is based in America and it clearly must be the wild West because they are titak

I am a little bit confused as why the ratings are so high for the end product from this company. I received the book, which looks great until I open it. The process of making the book was very simple and enjoyable. There is a great choice of templates for any occasion. However, the quality of the pictures is very poor, very granular. I have had quite a few of these pictures printed out in a large format (A4 or even A3) and they came back very sharp, so it isn’t a problem with the quality of the pictures. Not sure, if I am just being unlucky and it is one off or not, but I am not happy with end product at all. I made one book in the past and I was very happy with it, I just wish I remembered the name of the company I used at that time.

Excelent service
It was the first time I've used Colorland and I am impressed. The photobook was easy to put together, arrived on time and the final product looks great. I've used other companies before and a few were disappointing. But that is not the case with Colorland. Would highly recommend!

Very hard to access website
I purchased a groupon voucher for 100 page booklet. only to find that I cannot access your website without altering settings on my computer and therefor compromising my PC security. As per an answer you gave to someone else with similar problems earlier this year I downloaded Google Chrome only to find I got the same message. After some messing about. I have now managed to access the site but somewhere it should say nit easy to use with iPad!

Beware!
I purchased a voucher for a 100 page photo book through Groupon. However, I cannot access Colorland's website without altering settings in my computer to enable RC4 cipher which is "no longer cryptographically safe" and is not supported by Internet Explorer 11. As I do not wish to compromise the security of my data, I will not be proceeding with this photo book and will therefore have to forfeit my payment.

Bought a 100 page photo book from Groupon, this was very easy to put together, the book arrived just over a week after I submitted my finished order, very pleased with the product

Beautiful quality
Beautiful quality, good delivery, well protected and fast. What impressed me most was the quality of photos that were printed across 2 pages e.g. panoramas, you cannot see any interruption in the photo and the quality is still great. Very much recommend. Thanks!!
