As always from Colorland, an excellent product. I have ordered books from them several times before, to record holidays. Quality is good and once you get familiar with the formatting it is easy to get desired results. Delivery is quick and it is easy to track progress.

Easy service to use.I…
It was aneasy service to use.I was a bit unsure how the photos would look, and was pleasantly surprised how well the photobooks came out.It is a bit fiddly to use when adding pictures so I spent a while reorganising the pictures but once you get the hang of it,it's pretty straight forward..This is the second photobook I have ordered.

Consistently excellent
I have bought quite a number of a4 classic photo books and they have all been great. I have some issues with the software, that I wish could be improved such as easier alignment of frames (snapping doesn’t always mean that each frame is in a straight line) and being able to create an own page layout that’s easy to use over and over again rather than having to copy and paste, or duplicate pages, which is where then the small misalignments happen. It’s easy to spot them on screen but then they are quite visible in the book. These are small issues that are just niggles. I love the product and the value for money (via groupon) is excellent.
Also service, when needed, has always been very prompt and helpful.

This is roughly the tenth time I have used this company to produce photo books for family and friends. Each time the finished item is flawless, I cannot recommend them enough.
I will be using their services again with pleasure. Thank you Colorland.

Groupon with Colorland is not worth it.
I ordered three calendars using a Groupon voucher. When I logged onto the company’s website, I entered the Groupon code and it correctly added all three calendars. But at the end of the process it asked me to enter the code again, then forced me to log in — and logging in wiped the voucher details completely.
After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was only able to get one calendar delivered. The ordering system is unbelievably confusing, and when I contacted the company there was no sympathy or real support. They offered to reinstate the voucher, but postage for the first calendar was £10, and the additional calendars would also cost £10.
For reference, postage for products like this is normally around £3–£4, so for three calendars I would end up paying around £40 in postage alone — completely unreasonable.
The company itself is not great, but the real warning here is:
Do NOT use a Groupon voucher with this business.
It’s far more hassle than it’s worth.

We would like to clarify how Groupon vouchers for multiple calendars work in our ordering system.
When purchasing a voucher for 3 calendars, the voucher code itself is valid for three separate copies, which can be applied to one design or up to three different designs within a project. For this reason, during the ordering process you need to specify the number of copies for the project where the voucher will be applied.
If a voucher for 3 pieces is applied to a project that contains only 1 calendar, the system displays a pop-up notification informing the user that the code is valid for a larger quantity. This message is meant to ensure that customers are aware they are not using the full value of the voucher and to confirm that this is intentional.
Our support team offered to reinstate the voucher, so the remaining calendars could still be ordered. We would also like to note that delivery costs are clearly stated in the Groupon offer itself, as well as displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
We are sorry that the ordering process felt confusing and appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future customers.

The wedding photos printed here are…
The wedding photos printed here are yellow and lack green. 420 photos in the bin and the complaint was not accepted. What a disaster. The machines are supposedly configured correctly, but I printed elsewhere and it looks the same as I see it on the OLED screen and IPS matrix calibrated for photography. I'm complaining because in the complaint I was accused of having a faulty screen. Do not order photos here. There are other, better places.

Please note that all of our printing machines are regularly calibrated according to professional printing standards to ensure consistent colour reproduction. Differences between screen display and printed photos can sometimes occur due to variations in screen technology, brightness settings, colour profiles, and calibration methods. For this reason, during the complaint process we may ask about the device and settings used to prepare the files, as this can help us properly investigate colour differences. This is never meant to suggest fault on the customer’s side, but rather to help identify the cause of the issue.
We take every complaint seriously and carefully review submitted materials against our production standards. We are truly sorry that, in this case, the result did not meet your expectations.

Would never use this company again,awful quality with background of album overlaid over pictures and when complaint raised denied all responsibility can said album was submitted like it even though we used their album editor.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed and we truly regret that the final product did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that all albums are printed exactly as they are designed and submitted by the customer. Our system does not alter, correct, or modify layouts in any way — including backgrounds, overlays, or image placement. Even when using our online album editor, the final responsibility for reviewing and approving the design before submission remains with the customer.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for design elements that were approved and sent to print. That said, we genuinely understand how frustrating this experience must have been and appreciate the feedback, as it helps us better explain the process to future customers.

Purchase though Groupon, delivery is a rip off, I bought 2 canvas and they make you pay two lots of delivery £10.99 x 2 , I did contact colorland by phone but was told I would have to do a second order and pay the delivery charge for a second time.
