When you first order the 8 pound, order, they will charge continuously without your authorization.

It is a robbery, simply get authorization for one time and charge continuously!

Stay away!

bad quality color, worst customer care.

Once having bought goods from this company, you become their slave. For a whole year, every month they take money from me without notification for their rubbish, and no matter how much I cancel orders, they somehow climb into my card and take the money.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. They auto shipped my order without my authorization. They will refund you minus the shipping charges. Keep in mind this is for an order that I did not approve. Warning to anyone who does business with this company it’s shady at best.

I cant understand some of the complaints as i use this often and its absolutely fantastic and looks so natural. Its important you match the colour you want and send a photo so a good match is done. Make sure you get the right colour and how much grey you want covered and how much grey you have.

After 3 communication efforts referencing reddish and brassy color. Issue has not been resolved

They send you an email to say that you can try their product for £8, so you go through all the questions only to find out that this requires a subscription where the next delivery is nearly full price... if you want to try just one time then the cost is £24 + £5.99 delivery!

I guess they rely on the fact that that some people will just subscribe because they spent so long entering their information in the system.

A very dishonest way to run your business, it show a real disregard for your customers time!

I received the first order which I never used I contact them to cancel my subscription they ignored my message then confirm payment on the second one
Now I have to handle/pay for return

Too much waste in the pack. You keep on sending me combs and other bumf I don't need. The dyeing does look natural though.

Customer service is non existent, matching your actual colour is impossible really and they don’t have specialists who do this they don’t tweek

Better off with touch of grey just for men, it’s subtle and you get better results than this start up nonsense

The product is excellent and far exceeds any other beard colouring I have used before ( and I have tried them all !) The service is first class and the packaging / kit is brilliant . However it is really annoying that you need to buy such a large quantity at one time . I have a small/ medium sized beard and if you use the whole kit at one time , as told you must, then there is too much wastage . In these days of environmental care this is not good . The product would be perfect if it could be supplied in a smaller volume.

I had a bit of a disaster, left it in for too long and went jet black. Had to correct it. Used the product successfully 3 times and got cocky I think

Blisters, pus, sores, swelling and Pain!
Oh and still a lot of grey!
All my original messages stated that I had severe reactions to a previous product and was worried about doing this. As it was ammonia free I gave it a try. Turns out it PPD that burns. No mention of a patch test! Never ever again!
