Ordered in plenty of time

Ordered in plenty of time. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10. Their system showed it was ready for shipping with a label & tracking ID on 12/17, then the order sat there without going out. They were closed for a long holiday break by 12/23 with no one to answer messages! Their system shows this has a label but hasn't shipped, so why wouldn't you at least clear out your "stuck" orders before you leave for the holidays?

Pretty underwhelming

I think even giving three stars is generous. I ordered about $150 worth of Kacey Musgraves merch and was so excited to get it. When ordering, I thought it was strange that the only shipping option was 2-day shipping for $15, but I was like, screw it, at least it will get here faster. It took a bit longer than 2 business days, but that was no big deal to me. I opened the package and was pretty underwhelmed. The t-shirt I ordered is really thin material which is not what I was expecting, and I also feel like the actual color of the shirt was not accurately represented online. The cropped hoodie is SUPER thin, looks so cheap, and the seam of the hoodie is beginning to have a hole. Looks like I could have bought it at Walmart. On the bright side, the enamel pin is sick and I do like the Slow Burn candle, even though the candle is smaller than i anticipated. I will also say, the actual print on the shirt and hoodie are good. The return process is such a hassle, I'm not even going to bother. What a crap company. It's a bummer Kacey does business with them.

I ordered a LARGE T shirt from Joe…

I ordered a LARGE T shirt from Joe Russo Almost Dad site. I'm 5'9" about 175. This shirt would not fit anyone over 8 yrs old. When I told them about it, they sent me a size chart WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT PURCHASE, which they acknowedged and said "sorry". I now have to send back at my expense. Worst company worst business ever.

In November I ordered a Kacey Musgraves…

In November I ordered a Kacey Musgraves shirt and poster. In February I get an email saying that the shirt is out of stock and that the poster had "water damage" and that my full order was being refunded. I check online and other people are selling the shirt I ordered and the poster I ordered on ebay because they had received them in December. So basically Color Test lost my order that I was hoping to get before christmas and then came up with an excuse to cancel it completely. What a waste of time.

CAN'T EVEN ANSWER EMAILS

I order well over $100 worth of clothes in November 2020, it is now Feb 2021 and I still have not received my delivery. I have emailed since the start of Jan for a refund and they have not answered any of those email. I paid extra for the route insurance so this is completely ridiculous. I just want a refund and it is very simple request. I don't know what the issue is.

Colortest Merch is disappointing

Colortest Merch is a truly disappointing company. They represent so many great artists by selling their merch and so far they have left a very poor impression on me. None of their policies are clear, and they apparently ship items whenever they’d like. It is 50 days and counting since I placed an order and no effort has been made to clarify if the order is even still going to be mailed. I would recommend supporting artists on Etsy rather than trying your luck with them.

Placed order Nov 2020, hasn’t arrived

I ordered Kacey Musgraves merchandise at the beginning of November 2020. I live in the UK and paid $100 for shipping, which is ridiculously steep and completely outrageous that for this amount of money, considering I am still waiting in January 2021 for my goods and even a reply from the company. I was hoping to get this in time for Christmas, but now I’m hoping to get it full stop. Colortest merch have taken my money and not delivered my package. I paid for Route package protection. This is a disgrace. Due to my experience so far, I would say be wary of ordering from this company.
