error during the reservation, no replyment
There was error during the reservation system (a concert event in prague). During the payment, after entered the security code and OTP - it reported an error. But they cut off my card already. Otherwise there is no confirmation email nor reserved tickets shown in my account page.
I have tried to contact them using the given mail [info] and no one answered. I may lost almost 200EUR from my first time booking with this agent.
