Customer Support = Copy and Paste
Customer support was not very professional.
The package was lost upon delivery. I sent an email to ask what the package would look like. They completely ignored that email and told me to look for the package. I already was. I had to clarify and reiterate that I needed to know what the package looked like to start searching for it.
I was finally told it should have been sent through a padded envelope. Couldn't find it. I asked them to reorder a new copy, and that I would be willing to pay for a new set and even the expedited shipping.
They ignored my email to reorder a new pair and told me to contact USPS about filing a missing package report for one padded yellow envelope out of the millions they probably get every day xD! It's USPS. I am not emailing them to waste my time and their time over something they will never care to find. And it was pretty darn clear that I wasn't going to get much help from customer service! xD
If they didn't want my business, they should have said so in the first email instead of stringing me along.
